The location was great, as it was just a simple, straight walk along the main road in front of the hotel directly into the Old Town! So convenient! A very special shout out to Lola, who was the absolute nicest, kindest and most helpful hotel staff member I have ever met!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Palma, Mallorca!"
