Very Classy Hotel. Low key luxury without the shouting. Very friendly warm staff from the moment we walked in. Greeted with a drink of cava which we took to the stunning roof. We took full use of all the facilities , Spa and Swimming Pool in Vaults are beautiful. Roof terrace was so relaxing. Breakfast was incredible and Cocktails in the bar were the best we had in Palma. Location was just perfect for us as all our favourite bars restaurants and shops were 5 mins walk away but you feel you are totally hidden away from the busy city. Our new favourite hotel in Spain and we will definately be back. Muchas Gracias Gloria

Exceptional boutique hotel
Exceptional 5 star boutique hotel, a real hidden gem, centrally located off main shopping street Jaime III. Friendly and informative staff provided guidance on dining places and where to walk around. Lovely breakfast each morning included choice of healthy and hearty options. Beautiful decor throughout, very attractive bar and restaurant, gorgeous indoor basement pool and sauna. Lift to Rooftop plunge pool and seating. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Wonderful boutique hotel experience in a period building. All of the staff went out of their way to make all aspects of our stay exceptional. Also really convenient location for access to the shopping areas.

I am just returned from a wonderful city break with my daughter in Palma. The hotel was marvellous in an excellent location in the old city. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with superbe restaurant recommendations. I rarely leave reviews but I have such a high opinion of Hotel Gloria that I want to share this gem of a hotel.
