We don’t usually go back to the same places but this is the 3rd time we have stayed at Fontanellas. So easy to get to being 5 mins taxi from the airport. Great area, plenty of restaurants. Bus stop 2 mins walk away, takes 20 mins to get into Palma. Hotel very clean, decent evening entertainment, great view of the beach from the pool bar.

This hotel was definitely not up to four‑star standards. The main issue I had was cleanliness. Every day I had to call the reception to ask them to clean the floor because there was hair left in the room. The towels they brought often smelled bad and even had visible stains on them. I was really dissatisfied with the room service and overall hygiene. Another problem was the misleading photos. The pictures showed balcony rooms with a sea view, so we assumed we were booking a sea‑view room. Only when we arrived did we realize that the photos were just generic images and you actually have to read the fine print carefully. We also booked dinner at the hotel for one night, and it was very disappointing. The food was clearly not fresh, the quality was poor, and it was absolutely not worth the price — €44 for two people was far too much for what we got. On top of that, we wanted to use the massage services, which were listed in the hotel description when booking, but they didn’t exist at all. The pools were also extremely small and could barely accommodate around five people. Overall, considering the cost of our stay, it was extremely overpriced and not worth it at all
