The hotel is well-maintained and the rooms with balcony have an amazing view. The pool is great and has a bar. The hotel is in a nice location across from the marina, but restaurants and shopping are limited. It's worth it to upgrade to The Level. They offer a lounge which is open all day to Level members, with snacks and drinks (beer, wine, soda). Also coffee and breakfast daily.

The hotel is convenient for all areas within Palma. Situated overlooking the marina, & close to the cruise terminal. Very friendly staff in all areas & an excellent pool area. Our room was cleaned daily. The only thing missing was padding on the sun loungers.

Nice hotel, room was basic but did the job. Probably in need of an upgrade soon. The two areas for improvement; Breakfast - no gluten free options Noise - for the 3 night stay, I was woken every night by noise outside ( I was on the 5th floor) and by drilling at 7am on a Friday morning on the pavement. Staff very friendly though and overall a decent option for a short break

The room was beautiful, very clean. Bed comfortable and a good amount of furniture for seating and relaxing. Lovely Rituals products in the bathroom. Hand wash and hand cream at the sink and shower gel, shampoo and a separate conditioner in the shower. Shower was super - rainfall and spray option with great pressure. I had an accident when staying in the hotel. My husband dropped a glass, causing a significant wound in my leg. The hotel staff sprang into action. The manager - Fernando - was straight onto an ambulance and was at our room door in seconds along with a female member of staff who made sure I was comfortable. The life guard also came to help in any way that he could. I could not fault the after care either. It was first class. Fernando kept in touch with my husband during our stay in hospital, always asking how I was. After my surgery he was keen to meet us and find out how he could help. The pool area was lovely with food facilities. Lots of options for sitting, towels provided and lifeguard always on duty. We ate in the restaurant and the food was beautiful. Despite the ending to our holiday - nothing to do with the hotel - I would recommend the hotel and I would definitely stay there again.
