We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Bordoy Continental in Palma. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice and everything fresh and well presented. The hotel is also in a brilliant location, making it easy to explore Palma on foot. Happy to recommend and would definitely come back again.

Very nice hotel with large rooms and quiet aircon. Very good location close to restaurants and bars and sightseeing. 20 minute walk to the bus and train station and only 5 minute walk from the airport bus stop

The Hotel Continental Bordoy's location was ideal for us. We were walking distance from the Cathedral and other attractions. And the area had plenty of night life for drinks and food. We traveled from NYC and I remembered to pack a couple of voltage converters to charge our phones and laptop, I was surprised that there were no USB plugins. The front desk was always friendly and helpful in providing us with maps and calling us taxis. The breakfast included a buffet with variety of choices, keto and low carb, and a hot menu, which delicious and eft us full until dinner. The room was clean, and the temperature was comfortable.

The postivie things: 1- location is very nice and walking distance to shopping areas and good late opening restaurants. 2- Parking available outside paid and underground paid 3- Balcony but we had the standing one. The negative: 1- First thing first the parking is paid 15 Euro a night. (was not mentioned in the hotel listing on Expedia) 2- The bathroom was dirty and had hairs 3- dusty rooms 4- AC was very poor, I had terrible sleep for two nights 5- Wifi was very poor and keeps disconnecting.

Great all-round stay. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get around, with plenty of food options just steps away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay very pleasant. Would happily stay here again.

I can not comment on Breakfast as we did not have it. The location of hotel was amazing, The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much they helped straight away with every question/request. The hotel and rooms were immaculate i would definitely stay again
