Hotel was nice and clean and rooms and facilities were great. Majority of the staff were kind and welcoming but the woman on the spa reception was rude and unhelpful. She ignored us when we greeted her and when we asked her a question she went back to texting on her phone! Other than that, great hotel.

This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect. I’ll be back time and time again.

Great pool area with plenty of seating and bar area which serves good food and drinks. Lifeguard available poolside at all times. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast with lots of options and omelette station. Overall we would have expected more in terms of other areas for a 4* property - we were told use of the spa facilities was included on check-in but we were then charged for use on departure (despite us saying we were told use of the facilities was included); only one bottle of water in the room for the entire stay; we had booked a room with a terrace but this was above the reception area where guests seem to be able to smoke outside, meaning our room had a persistent smell of stale cigarette smoke and we sometimes couldn’t sit out on the terrace; cleaning of room was sometimes after 4pm; self-service luggage storage. Good for what we paid as we benefitted from a loyalty discount but unlikely to return if we are ever back in Palma.

We likeed: - great, walkable location by the port, - friendly and helpful stuff, - gym ( almost empty most of the time), - tasty food, - room and bathroom size, The only dislike was when hotel was almost full 24/25/26.12.2023 and it felt a bit overcrowded during dinner and breakfast. In terms of noise we did not notice huge difference. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to do a lot of sightseeing, spend time in the city, like walking, cycling.

Very good hotel, perfect for exploring the Palma area. A little distance from the centre, about a mile walk, but plenty bars and places to eat nearby.

Lovely hotel with great customer service and great breakfast options. Walkable to restaurants, cafe and 20/30 minutes walk to the centre. Not particularly keen that there was no air conditioning as the air conditioning get switched to heating in the "winter" which was 20 degrees when we went in November. This meant our nights were very hot and we couldn't sleep. We eventually got offered a fan on the second night, despite raising the issue on the first night.

Visiting Mallorca
We really enjoyed our stay and it’s quiet location. A lengthy walk to town but interesting and fun. Some tourist information would have been a bonus — how and where to travel, which buses etc.

Location was okay - taxis are plentiful on the island. I did not use the spa or restaurant, but they looked nice. My main issue was no tea/coffee in the room, no minibar, just an empty fridge and only one bottle of (warm) drinking water in the room. It would have been nice to have found that bottle in the fridge. No "extras" in the bathroom either.

Decnt and convenient place to stay. We were quite surprised to be put in a handicap room on the first floor, which put a bit of dampener on the trip as it was so dark without a balcony. Also, when we first arrived, the AC wasn't working and neither was the shower. Both things were fixed as soon as we raised it, but might be good for the hotel to check on these things before people check in. Staff - the Bar staff were amazing, really friendly and quick, and always attentive. What was not so great was the reception staff working at night, specifically one person who was just plain rude, and not helpful at all. Everyone else were great, but his behaviour was downright unacceptable, and he should not work in service to be honest. But location wise it was very easy to walk to old town Palma and if you needed a taxi, reception was super quick in ordering that for you.

Im puzzled how this hotel is rated 4 star. Considering other 4 star hotels I have stayed at on Mallorca this hotel does not rank 4 star in service at all. Be aware you will pay for everything! A kettle in the room is 3 euros a day!
