It has a boutique feel and nice clientele. Beautiful pool area with pool bar. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and modern.I’ll visit again.

Hotel Isla Mallorca is an oasis in the city. I got an early check-in, was given an upgrade to my room (without asking) and had the best sleep. The room I had faced the ocean and it was super quiet. Also the hotel is a 10-minute walk to the water front.

An excellent property with polite staff who were able to advise on all matters. Hotel is in a quiet yet easily accessible area . Recommend la pergola restaurant nearby adjacent to mercadona restaurant but book if you want evening table.

This was our second visit here so it was a hotel we really like. Sadly on this occasion it failed to meet our expectations. No room service after 22:30. No food available after 23:00 at the pool bar .. we arrived late due to delays at immigration so trawled the streets at midnight on a Sunday trying to find food. No drinks available in your room apart from 1 bottle of water. A cotton bud left on the bathroom floor from a previous guest that after 3 visits by the cleaner was still in the same place when we checked out However a word of advice , if you book this hotel ensure you book the'free cancellation ' option . We had a family issue a week before we travelled and asked if we could rearrange our trip, Expedia also intervened and we were basically told 'hard luck' . I fully understand this was my fault but some understanding would have been appreciated, so we had no option but to travel , frankly we are very disappointed and sadly will not be staying here again due to our very poor customer experience

Weekend break - clean comfortable room with an excellent breakfast, highlight being the made to order omelet by a delightful chef. Choice of sun loungers available at both pools and reasonably priced pool bar. Good location - 20 to 30 minute safe walk to the centre. Bikes available to hire for the day for €10 and enjoyable safe 20 minute cycle to the beach on assigned bike paths. Staff all very helpful and look forward to returning in the future.
