Beautiful brand new hotel with wonderful staff. High end contemporary style and finish throughout the property. Excellent location for visiting the beautiful historic old town. Great breakfast. Lovely rooftop pool and chilling area. Thank you Protur Naisa for a wonderful stay!

Modern and well appointed mid sized boutique hotel close to the city centre! Although on the smaller size, the standard room was well designed with easy access to all the necessary modern amenities like a phone charging stand. The pool/spa area was also small but again well designed to provide comfort and convenience especially for families. Buffet breakfast spread was quite good offering all types of hot and cold options including an array of juices. There’s plenty of common areas to chill as well! Highly recommend staying here for easy access to the main attractions!

The property and staff were incredible. However, the Expedia listing was incredibly misleading. I booked this hotel specifically for the room with the private jacuzzi on the terrace. I paid extra on Expedia for this room, and yet, when I checked in, I was given a regular double room- no tub. After speaking with reception, and the wonderful staff there, I was informed that it was only possible to book them directly through the hotel. The reception admitted that I was not the first to be deceived by Expedia, and that the listing was falsely advertising the room. I have reached out to Expedia to correct this problem, but have had no resolution to date. (A week later.)

I really liked this hotel. The rooftop pool area is great. The only thing letting it down is the reception. They do not have enough staff working checking people in. Huge build up of people and people complaining. Otherwise great hotel.
