Amir and his staff are the best of the best! From warm home baked cookies upon arrival, many snacks and late day soup available. Breakfast had many good options. The best part is the people who work there. It’ll be the only place that I’ll stay in Ellsworth going forward. Top shelf people.

Travelling and needing a place to rest for a night… went on Expedia and read reviews and saw pictures… 7.6 rating.. reviews said clean … price was right for a sleep! Well … room 226 should be condemned! First impression… hallway was absolutely filthy! ...

Edenbrook Motel
This motel has been very well maintained through the years. There were some nice updates and it was obvious there is a high standard of cleanliness. It is close to downtown and also the Acadia shuttle. We walked to breakfast one morning.

Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Ellsworth / Bar Harbor
Rooms are large and well-equipped. Staff is helpful and accessible. Breakfast service is above average. Love when the dog is “on duty” in the lobby!
