"Great stay for a weekend hiking getaway with friends! The house was clean and nicely renovated. The beds were comfortable and the AC in all the upstairs bedrooms were great for cooling the house. The free snacks and coffee were a delightful surprise! There was easy car access to the main entrance to Acadia. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the evenings at the fire pit. It’s definitely a go-to place for our group the next time we are at Acadia!"

"PERFECTION, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This house was the absolute perfect spot for visiting Acadia and the Bar Harbor area! SW Harbor is quaint & quiet, with really great restaurants - all very walkable from the house. And then there's the house itself - from its own parking area to the homey beautifully curated decor to the functional separate wings of the house to the super fun finished basement lounge - and I could go on!!! On top of all that, the host's communication is clear, thorough, and rapid....

"This is located in the village of Bar Harbor, away from all the madness - restaurants, people BUT close enough where you can actually walk to places. Our room was in back, second floor and was THE QUIETEST place we’ve ever stayed in! The front desk attendant was welcoming and quick with the instructions. The key drop box is so very convenient as well. The bathroom was fine - new tub surround, no drain back up, and the water pressure and temperature were good! The grounds, buildings have been updated; property is very neat and appealing. The cons: the king bed needs replacing yesterday, too old; the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced, as well as the curtain on the sliding glass door. Other than that, I’d stay again."

"We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Days Inn. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The hotel is close to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Across the street is a bus stop to get around the local area. There is ample parking. There were some breakfast options available. Not as extensive as some other hotels, but they did offer hard boiled eggs, yogurt and oatmeal. This is a good economical place to stay."
