"The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. My only regret was the $10 charge for parking. I was not informed of that and it should have been prominently noted when I made the reservation. Otherwise it was an excellent experince."

"This was the best airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect - easy check in, quick and delicious room service and prompt shuttle service less than 2 minutes drive from PWM. Everywhere (rooms, hallways, lobby) was spotless and customer service very friendly throughout. Ours was a short stay so we didn’t even take advantage of the evening reception or free breakfast but they looked nice and further adds to the great value of this property. Loved the flight monitors in the lobby so you can track delays in real time and a convenient kiosk with an above average wine selection for this type of shop. I would 100% recommend booking this hotel. "
