Hotel managed to re arrange our airport pickup when we got an earlier flight with no hassle.
Alan the taxi guy was lovely.
Reception and room porter were very friendly.
Lovely room and thanks to John our room cleaner.
Good choice of food. Cocktails were way too strong.
Service at bars and restaurants was a bit slow.
Gardeners and security staff were great.
Need more waiters serving drinks round the pool.
Rooms need a pull out clothes dryer on the balconies and milk sachets for the coffee.
We loved our stay here

"The AC in the room didn’t work for two days. Each time they said, they fixed it and walked away and in 15 minutes later it didn’t work. Cold showers for two days.
