A unique house on a great location in a quiet village close to the seaside.

A small house at the beginning of a unique peaceful village in the heart of Istria. Ideal for guests looking for peace, privacy, nature and proximity to the beach. At the end of the village there is a wide view of the sea - there is also a restaurant with a sea view there.. All important facilities are nearby (beach - 15 min drive, market - 1 min drive, post office, restaurants), and it is not from all major towns (Pula, Pazin, Poreč, Rovinj, Rabac, Labin) - approx. 20-45 min drive. There is a cat on the permisis.
