Villa Parun has been recently renovated to provide its temporary residents with maximum comfort, the “home away from home” feeling with personal wellness room with Jacuzzi and Finish sauna.

The swimming pool is the absolute highlight of this villa, endowing it with an aura of peace and nature. The pool is heated and has constant temp. 23 C. The feeling is complete with quiet leafy environment reflected in the crystal-clean water.

Large garden with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and dinning space next to the swimming pool amongst the soothing Istrian countryside, provides nice place for joint gatherings.

The Villa Parun has prefect position in Central Istria, very convenient for anyone who wants to explore Istria. The beaches on the East Istian Coast are 10 km away. Rovinj on the West coast is 25 km away, Brijuni National Park 20 km away.

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft.Genau wie auf den Fotos.Man findet im Haus alles was man braucht.Der Supermarkt direkt neben dem Haus ist klasse...wenn man mit Hund bucht, sollte man nur wissen, dass das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist und ab und an die anderen tierischen Dorfbewohner vorbeischauen.Edin und Nicole sind wahnsinnig herzlich und betreuen einen vor Ort ganz hervorragend.Kleinere Probleme wurden sofort gelöst 😍echt toll.Kleines Hightlight ist die Dachterrasse für schöne Sonnenuntergänge ;) würden dort oben noch ein paar Pflanzkübel stehen sowie auf dem restlichen Grundstück ein paar buntere Blumen wäre es eine richtige kleine Oase...wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Einfach toll

Wir waren mit unserem zwei wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Haus stand genau so da, wie auf den Fotos der Fewo Seite. Es ist so eingerichtet, dass man nicht viel selbst mitnehmen braucht. Vielleicht ein scharfes Messer. Ansonsten ist die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Handtücher für den täglichen Gebrauch waren etwas zu wenig. Der Standort ist leider nicht ideal, außer einem kleinen Tante Emma Laden, der glücklicherweise gleich neben an ist, hat der Ort nicht viel zu bieten. Das Restaurant ist schon lange geschlossen. Die Leute die da wohnen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das tollste ist der Pool und der Garten. Auch der ist genau so wie auf den Fotos, gut gepflegt und sauber. Auch das super schöne Spielzimmer war der renner unserer Kinder. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.

great stay at the beautiful read Villa Parun

We had a great stay at villa Parun from the end of August until the beginning of September. The villa and the pool are very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. The villa is located fairly remote in a small village in the middle of Istria so we could reach every coast in less than 45min by car. Bernhard was very helpful, nice and easy to reach out to. Next to the villa there is a volleyball court (and a Basketball basket) with floodlights which are great if you want to play some sets with the very hospitable locals. The only thing that we were disappointed by was the slow and unreliable WiFi. Nonetheless we enjoyed our time in villa Parun and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Istria.

Hervorragend!

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Einige Möbelstücke geben dem Haus Charakter und es ist ideal für Erwachsene und Kinder, die einen großen und sauberen Pool zum Austoben lieben. Insgesamt ist nicht nur das Objekt, sondern auch die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr zu empfehlen. Herzlich gern wieder!

Super Feriendomizil!

Es ist ein Wunderschönes Haus mit einen mega schönen Pool und alles sehr Kindgerecht ! Wir waren mit 3 Kindern 2,5 und 10 Jahren in der Villa Parun zu Besuch und alle hatten ihren Spaß! Der Dorfladen nebenan ist sehr praktisch für kleine Einkäufe zwischendurch. Ausserdem kam eine nette Dame mit frischen Gemüse aus der Region zum Verkauf bei uns vorbei. Bis in die nächsten Städte braucht man ca. 20 min. Somit hat man definitiv seine Ruhe vor Ort. Die Agentur stand uns telefonisch für jede Frage zur Verfügung und war auch sehr freundlich. Wir können es mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon aufs nächste mal in Sajini. Danke 🌸

un petit coin de paradis

La Villa Parun est un endroit idéal pour se reposer et découvrir l'Istrie. La maison est magnifique et très bien équipée. La piscine est superbe et les deux terrasses très agréables. Nous avons apprécié aussi l'accueil, les fruits et légumes frais livrés par la voisine, le petit magasin juste à côté et le restaurant du village. Bref, c'était parfait! Les vraies vacances comme on les rêvent... Un grand MERCI à Boris et Anuska pour leur hospitalité!

Einfach traumhaft schön!!!!!

Hallo Anuska und Boris,ein großes Dankeschön für die zwei wunderschönen Wochen in der Villa Parun.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Villa hat einen sehr hohen Standard.Alles ist super gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und so fühlten wir uns gleich wie zu hause.Als uns der Rundgang in die obere Etage führte waren wir überwältigt.....einfach nur superschön.Es fehlte uns an nichts, einfach nur ein Traum.Die Ruhe in Sajini wunderbar.Der Pool war fantastisch.Und man benötigte nur zwei Minuten bis zum Dorfladen.Als in der zweiten Woche noch zwei Personen anreisten ,wurden alle Betten frisch bezogen und Handtücher hatten wir auch immer genug.Uns wurde sogar Obst und Gemüse ins Haus geliefert,dafür nochmals herzlihen Dank! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!! Liebe Grüße Steffi und Familie

wonderful weather and stay in Parun Villa

We stayed only one week in this beautiful house with our daughter, son in law and our grandchild. The owner was waiting for us and explained some things regarding the house. There was a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge and fresh strawberries. We had beautiful weather this week and enjoyed the swimmingpool. Also our grandchild (almost 3) because there is a less deeper part in the pool where she could stand. Neighbours offered a bag with vegetables and eggs (they just put it on the table when we were not there) and you don't pay too much for it. The small but well equiped market is just 50 m away. A big Konsum is 13 min. by car. To the east/west/south of Istria is a trip of 20-25 min. and you find nice villages and seesights. We enjoyed our stay in this house very much.

Excellent accomondation - very recommendable

We (four adults and two children) had a fantastic stay in a perfect holiday location in August 2014. Everthing was fine: Accomondation as descriped in advertisement from a very friendly, cooperative and helpful owner. Reise ins Paradies

Das sehr schön eingerichtete Haus mit tollem Naturpool und Terrasse hat eine wunderbare Atmosphäre und ist ruhig gelegen, so dass selbst nächtliche Wasserspiele niemenden stören. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke und aus dem dorf wurden wir auf Wunsch mit frischem Obst, Gemüse und Fleisch beliefert. Frau Budisavljevic hat uns viele nützliche Tips gegeben und war immer hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto kann man alle denkbaren Ausflugsziele - Strände, Städtchen etc - sehr gut erreichen, die Rückkehr in die Ruhe dieses Hauses war immer eine Freude. Grillen, frisches Obst und Gemüse, istrischer Wein und Schinken - das alles in diesem schönen Ambiente neben Wasser und rauschen der Fontäne, ringsum große Bäume und duftender Lavendel... Wir . 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind - habeb 10 tolle Tage in der Villa Parun verbracht und können diese uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Paradisiaque.....

La perfection en passant par l accueil ,le lieu ,la villa et nous en passons tellement c était magique .....Nous sommes des habitués de la location de villas a l étranger et en général lorsque nous notons nos séjours, nous ne dépassons rarement les 7/10....Là nous devons admettre qu un 10/10 est largement mérité .Merci a nos hotes pour ce petit coin de paradis et a l année prochaine. Modern piece of heaven in a quiet rural setting

We loved this place! Anuska and her husband had just renovated it; all the appliances were new and the furnishings were stylishly colorful. The “nature pool” is a beautiful slice of eden right outside the back door. The village is very quiet; we saw hardly anyone the whole time but the restaurant run by the local farmer should not be missed--homemade everything, including the pasta, the olive oil, and the wine (a little young). Anuska was very helpful with getting to know the area and directing us to the highlights of Istria; she was always quickly responsive to our emailed questions. She even greeted us late in the evening after our day-long drive from Frankfurt with chilled white wine and snacks, including the local fish-spread specialty. The village is fairly remote and must be discovered within a network of confusing back roads. Get a good map, because Croatia was no-man’s-land on our German GPS. But once you get the lay of the land, everything seemed a short drive away, even Pula. I wish we could go back--the memories of sipping wine by the pool in the outdoor kitchen after a day of exploring Istria are delicious!

Ein Paradies in Istrien - sehr zu empfehlen

Wer die Ruhe liebt und sich ohne Stress und Lärm erholen will, ist hier genau richtig. Diese Villa ist ein sehr gut ausgerüstetes Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern - jedes Zimmer hat eine extra Dusche & WC & TV (Sat). Da gibt es eine Elektro-Sauna für 4-6 Personen und einen Whirlpool. Weiterhin steht WLAN (WiFi) zur Verfügung. Wer selbst kein Notebook oder Tablet mitgenommen hat, dem steht ein kleines Tablet im Hause zur Verfügung. Wir waren hier zu zweit und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Zum Meer sind es 13km - Ein kleines Geschäft gibt es vierzig Meter vom Haus entfernt. Es gibt einen großen Einkaufsmarkt in Vodnjan 14 km entfernt. Die Lage ist Ideal für Ausflugsziele in alle Richtungen Istriens. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder kommen.

Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes Plätzchen, um Urlaub zu machen. Tolles Appartement, alles da, Flat-TV in jedem Zimmer, Klimaanlage, alle Küchengeräte, Whirlpool, Sauna, Outdoor-Küche etc., alles sehr gepflegt. Vor der Buchung wurden geduldig alle Fragen beantwortet, Abwicklung unkompliziert und professionell. Der einzige Supermarkt im Umkreis von 20 (?) km ist gleich daneben, sehr praktisch. Glauben Sie den Fotos - es ist wirklich prachtvoll! Vielen Dank an Boris und Anuska für die schöne Zeit!

Wir verbrachten eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe ins Detail. Zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank einen Obstkorb und eine Flasche Champagner - toll! Die Villa liegt in einem kleinen Weiler, ein (winziger) Supermarkt ist nebenan, jedoch nur für das allernötigste... gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 20 min. Entfernung (Vodnjan). Zum Meer und zu den bekannten Städten Pula, Rovinji... ca. 20 - 30 min. Wir werden sicher hier nochmal Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche Boris und Anuska.
