Phenomenal place to stay - rooftop pool with cityscape of Florence, laundry facilities, the tram station right outside the hotel. Hosted community events / Had a fresh and modern style. We enjoyed this hotel so much, we regret not staying an extra couple of days!

This was a great hotel! I loved Leonardo at the reception desk such a nice guy very helpful willing to answer all our questions about how to get around on transportation!! Even recommended us going to Parma on the way to Milan Which was such a nice city really enjoyed it!!! So kind and helpful!! So happy to have met him and felt so welcome!! Room nice and clean!! Good area as well close to train station!!! 🇮🇹
