The annex consists of a living room of approximately 30 square metres, a bedroom with a walk-in closet, and two bathrooms, as well as a private patio. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and independent heating and cooling. It features a large, sunny garden with a splendid view of the surrounding landscape; the private pool is equipped with a beach umbrella and lounge chairs.

The villa consists of four very comfortable apartments, fully equipped with every amenity and featuring a private, fully furnished garden. The landscape, the views, the absence of roads in the vicinity (the only access road ends in the woods, and from the villa you can neither see nor hear any roads), the forest of cypresses, holm oaks, and oaks, the vineyards and olive groves surrounding the villa, and the typical atmosphere of this region with its warm, natural colours—all combine to create a welcoming, relaxing, and magical setting.

From the spacious grounds surrounding the villa, you can access the swimming pool, designed and built among the vineyards and olive groves, where absolute peace reigns; the distance from the private gardens of the apartments ensures maximum privacy and tranquility for the latter. The grounds feature a beautiful cypress grove, numerous olive trees, and fruit trees; all enhanced by flowerbeds of multicoloured roses and aromatic plants.
