I read reviews that the free breakfast was just average nothing special. I disagree it was not like the American free breakfast. It was a buffet of absolutely everything with little cakes and like 30+ food options with a beautiful view. There was ALWAYS someone at the front desk which was nice. Our rooms were cleaned every single day without requesting. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and romantic. We were able to watch a wedding with an amazing band from our room. AC worked great. Staff spoke English and provided us with a map upon arrival and offered to help with everything. The location is perfect you are next to a convenience store for water or snacks and close walking distance to Rialto without being overly crowded. I would not want to try any other hotel if we visit Venice again in the future.

"Lovely stay for family of court. Breakfast was excellent and the facilities including the spa services were particularly good. Having the part indoor pool connected to the outside pool was good when it was extremely hot. Food at restaurant was good and reasonably priced too."

"A little bit outdated hotel but it did have all we needed, secluded areas,very quiet and you can actually use all facilities at the other 2 hotel buildings, we only had breakfast included wich could be little better but overall we where really happy for what we paid for that hotel in July speciall ..."
