We loved this hotel ! The front desk staff is so friendly and extremely helpful and spoke great English. The hotel decor is really cool and stylish and the rooms were really nice and super clean. If I were back in Paris I would definitely stay there again. Also, the buffet in the morning is amazing. The spa is also great. Overall they do a great job at this hotel And treat guests exceptionally.

Only two washers and dryers - were constantly in use. Not the hotel's fault, of course, but not easy to do laundry. Lovely complimentary bottle of wine up on arrival. Check in and out was easy. Public transportation within 1 block.

Due to the very hot weather our room was very hot; we had a fan but it didn’t really help and as there was a “party” outside and we needed the windows open, we had a sleepless night.
