Bright studio located in the center of Barcelona, at walking distance to the beach.The area has plenty of nice little restaurants, wine bars, tapas and trendy shops… great for shopping. Get lost and discover the city as everything is walking distance.
It is fully equipped and has AC, Wifi and television. Reception open daily at only 5 minutes away. There is a laundry machine on a common area in the building for you to use with no extra cost.

Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills of 90€ every month.
At the end of your stay, we will check utility bills and in case of excessive consumption we will deduct it from the deposit.
