Great stau, Mia provided a great check in experience and good tips throughout the stay. Room was clean, cool, only tging wrong was the mattress which was thin, but thats a personal preference. Room generally quiet but you can hear people ob the terasse at night. Hotel looks great however and is a definite option close to centre.

I was well looked after when I stayed here for one night recently. They kept the desk open for me and communicated well with me to confirm my arrival. The hotel is in a great area and not far from Placa Catalunya. I have no complaints!

We arrived at the hotel at 10:20pm and had to pay an extra 20€ for check-in. Nowhere was it on the site that we have to pay more for check-in. The beds in the room didn't look made up...

Dear Thomasz, Our reception schedule is until 10 pm. From the moment you book, you receive a welocming message that states clearly our schedule and late check in fee, if applied. We clean the room everyday and have professional cleaning as well.

The toilet was too cramped beside the shower in an otherwise large bathroom. The staircase smelled like cat pee. Everything else about this place was amazing!

Great little boutique hotel
Great little boutique hotel. Very friendly and unpretentious. An unexpected find. The only thing I would object to is the extra fee for checking in after 10pm. Other than that it's a great choice.

The staff was super helpful. We liked the nespresso coffee offered for breakfast. The room could have been in a better condition though. Was ok for 3 nights.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and was in the perfect location. Only criticism was that the mini bar in the room didn’t get restocked with water throughout your stay, but for such a reasonably priced hotel it’s understandable.

We stayed in the triple room which had a make shift garden balcony as it looked over nothing so they tried to make it look pretty which was nice. The room itself was a nice size beds comfy. The was a slight sewage smell when we got there but air freshener the hotel used cleared it. The pastries in the morning was a lovely treat one my nephew enjoyed. The location is really good only 10min walk from plays de cataluna so perfect.

There is no sign outside the hotel but there is a locked iron gate. We had very hard time to find and get into the building on the new years day. The hotel is buried with residential apartments. Orbitz should give the info on how to get into the building. Other than this problem, the hotel is okay. We had a comfortable stay.

Cute, clean petite hotel. If you are used to travel,this is a good hotel. Private and basic needs are comfortably sufficed. While it’s kept clean, facility seemed to be updated to its minimal needs. Little light and I felt dark in most areas.

Great Place to stay
very, very nice boutique hotel well situated in downtown Barcelona. Mr. Raffaele Pinna Massa, the concierge was most charming and helpful. The hotel courtyard was an added plus as was the morning coffee and croissants.

The hotel was clean(ish). The room was adequate bedding wise. Location is the only positive side of the hotel. It is close to most of the things. The bad(s): For some reason they kept closing our rooms AC. When I would complain, they would turn it ON saying, oh it was off. It happened 3 times and on our last (3rd) night there, the 4th time, reception guy turned it off and left for the night. Our room felt so suffocating. Couldn't open a window as it was facing the main road and it was very loud outside throughout the night. The cleaning lady have no concept of quite sign hanging out side our door. The reception lady and cleaning lady talked for, which seemed like, an eternity when we were sleeping off our 5am party night the next day. They started around 9 am and kept cluckking away till 1 in the afternoon, when we gave up trying to sleep. The hotel have thin walls which was fine as the neighbors were considerate so it wasn't a problem, the hotel staff on the other hand have no concept of inside voice. They have Iron and ironing board but it is a shared commodity, so it kept bouncing around in and out. If you are looking for a quite getaway with your wife, I suggest look someplace else. I would go back in time and spend €50 more to get a better place.

This place is a perfect example of internet misrepresentation. What you see is not what you get!! The pictures show a chic, boutique hotel but the reality is a tired and filthy place! The bathroom was atrocious with dirt smeared and paint peeling walls. The plumbing sputtered and gurgled throughout the night. We felt compelled to wear flip flops in the shower. The floor coverings felt like a college dorm. The “funky-looking” headboard on the bed left white, chalky residue on my black shirt. Also, very important to note that this is not a hotel as it is represented - it is one floor of an apartment complex posing as one. Upon arrival we could not even figure out how to get up to the second floor “lobby” reception. We got lucky and were let in by residents of the building. Overall, hugely disappointing. Don’t waste your Euros!

Great location/staff
Checked in for one night. I booked two rooms for double beds (but in the comments stated I needed two twins in one room). At checkin they told me we couldn't have two twins "bc it was in the system incorrectly." Later that evening they were able to move us which was awesome. I shower drain didn't work well and water went all over the floor. Staff was friendly, held our bags during the day.

The rooms are very big for European standards and the hotel is clean. We had never been to Barcelona before and we stayed in different hotels, this one and another. This was in a more quiet part of town than what we prefered but the stay itself was good.

Great location
On the plus side, this hotel is in a great location. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated. The window basically looked straight into a wall so there was no light but the main issue was that the shower was broken (the bracket holding it onto the wall) and the receptionist (female) was completely unwilling to do anything about it. She wouldn't let us move rooms, or expedite the repair of the bracket - she wouldn't give us any sort of refund or even apologise for the inconvenience - just sort of shrugged and looked at us. In the end I asked her to repair it using duct tape which she begrudgingly did. Shame because that really took the shine off this hotel for us - a change in the attitude of that particular receptionist could have improved things.

Comfortable and clean hotel very friendly staff. Pastries with cofee in the morning were a welcome bonus. Central location walking distance to many attractions and 5 minutes walk to 3 metro lines.
