It’s one of the best locations and services including holding our luggage after checking out! The staff is nice and helpful!

The surrounding area was crowded - a lot of construction around the hotel. The bathroom was tight and there was no shower door so taking a quick shower, you end up with water spilling outside the shower tub.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We love the location, the clean, cool rooms and the wonderful breakfast! The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is great. The area is a little sketchy but the hotel feels safe with locked lobby doors and someone always at the front desk. We ordered a taxi for our ride to the airport and it was right on time. Already planning to stay there next year!

Excellent location, close to metro, very clean, sustainable, comfy beds, great multilingual staff. We could store our luggage, we’re able to check in early. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The kitchen staff works really hard to restock and keep the dining hall clean and organized. Enjoyed our stay. It’s nice to be in the central area - we could walk around, come to rest in our room with an AC and then go back to exploring the beautiful city. There is a lot of restaurants, shops, convenience stores and supermarkets close by. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a waste basket in the bathroom.
