Lady at check-in, very abrupt, man was very pleasant. great location, 2 lifts, great size apartment, clean but bathroom is very tired and needs refresh, on arrival only 1 small towel, day 3 room serviced and fresh towels ( 2 bath & 2 hand) internet is hit and miss, take time to connect but then is ok, great air con, lots of hot water. The down side and negatives, 07.30 each morning children in apartment screaming, a dog jumping around on wooden floors, 01.00 - 04.00 friday and saturday the noise from the nightclub opposite is dreadful. so many good points but the bad points need to be addressed

Good staff but not a great apartment

The staff was great and they hosted us well. But the apartment was not cleaned and we faced a couple of issues. The staff did their best to solve the issues. But we were not happy with our stay.

Die Reception ist an einer anderen Adresse. War als wir ankamen geschlossen und das Telefon wurde nicht abgenommen. Erst um 19:50 Uhr kommt eine E-Mail mit den check-in Infos!!!

L' appartamento era pulito , organizzato,e situato in una posizione strategica, con la fermata metro , bar, tabacchi, e minimarchet sotyo casa. Il personale dell' agenzia che ci ha consegnato le chiavi e stato professionale e molto affabile, I i miei 50 anni rimarranno un ricordo bellissimo graxie a voi ed a expedia!!!!!

View over Plaza Urquinaona is spectacular. Apartment style hotel room is very spacious. Amenities are a little old and the bed was so so, but overall I recommend this property.

Todo correcto sin mas. No me gusto tener q dar la tarjeta de crédito dónde te cargan 100 euros de fianza, q después, si no hay desperfectos, te devuelven.

Excelente ubicación, no es hotel, tu habitación es un departamento cualquiera, el colchón muy malo, lo deben de cambiar, no hay aseo de la habitación, si tienes algún problema en la noche o fin de semana, no hay nadie quien pueda auxiliarte. Es un edificio en donde entras con clave digital, no hay vigilancia, la puerta de tu habitación carece de algún tipo de seguridad (algún tipo de seguro, pasador, cadena) esto era lo más incómodo, no te sentías seguro.

EXCELENTE UBICACION

Excelente opcion, con la mejor ubicacion posible en Barcelona, a pasos de plaza Cataluña, las ramblas, el Gotico, el Arco de Triunfo, Av Diagonal y abajo del edificio restaurantes, bares, panaderias, supermercados y teatros. Ademas de muy buena locomocion. A la vuelta esta la oficina de administracion donde retirar las llaves y estuvieron , pendientes de nuestros requermientos y consiguiendo un parking cerca a mejor precio. El edificio tiene dos ascensores y un portero durante el dia. El apartamento amplio, muy iluminado , con aire acondicionado, dos baños (uno de ellos con una ducha un poco incomoda para personas con movilidad reducida), dormitorio con cama matrimionial y living con dos sofas camas de dos plazas. La cocina completa con lavavajillas, plancha, calefactor y secador de pelo. Recomendable al menos en invierno es llevar pantuflas porque el piso es de baldosa. Por lo demas sin dudas recomiendo este apartamento , sobretodo por el servicio recibido por Natalia y Yamira, Muchas gracias por todo chicas !!!!

Appartment im Zentrum von Barcelona

Das von uns gebuchte Appartment war wegen "Windschaden" nicht zu Beziehen. Wir wurden in ein anderes altes Quartier umgebucht. Sehr alt, das Fenster des Schlafzimmers ging in den Liftschacht. Die Fenster des Wohnzimmers waren vergittert und gingen in einen Lichthof. Kochmöglichkeit sehr schmutzig. Beim ersten Duschen ging der Boiler kaputt und ca. 200 Liter Wasser ergossen sich durch die Badezimmer Decke auf den Boden. Wir versuchten das Wasser zu stoppen, es gelang nicht. Obwohl sofort um Hilfe gebeten wurde, sie kam erst nach einer halben Stunde. Bis dahin war das Wasser schon im Wohnzimmer. Das freundliche Personal begleitete uns zum nächsten Hotel, wir wurden dort gut untergebracht.

Okay but creep

It was just dollar value for money. It is a shabby and creepy accommodation, well located, though. If you do not want to ruin your holidays, book somewhere else.

Appartement zentral gelegen

Wir waren 4 Nächte im Mayerling Bisbe. Die Einrichtung war einfach. Die Schlafcouch hatte eine dünne Matratze, selbst unsere Kinder sagten sie spüren jede Metallstange. Leider waren die Fenster einfach verglast und somit war es auch in der Nacht sehr laut. In dem größeren Bad lagen noch schwarze Haare vom Vormieter.
