Perfect location. Room was very clean and everything worked as it should. There was a slight rumble of the underground subway but it did not bother us. I would stay here again.

Located in the old Gothic Quarter, there is a gritty but charming feeling. There are winding walking streets with many cafes, bakeries, restaurants and shopping galore. We walked a lot everyday and it was still impossible to see everything. Some beautiful old cathedrals. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet….although the street below had a lot of action and stream of people. There is a huge covered market with many vendors across the street. We got some incredible fruit (the best papaya and mangos) and cheeses. We visited Sagrada Familia (buy tickets in advance), a must see!

I'll talk to the receptionist, it's the first complaint we've had in 14 years, but there always has to be a first time.The other part of her criticism is one of ignorance or lack of knowledge. In this part of the city, the oldest part, garbage is left from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the doors of the buildings, that's it. There are no containers and garbage bags are left in the doorways on the street of each of the buildings. After 10:00 p.m. the municipal services will come to remove it. It's a shame that you didn't read the explanations we give upon arrival, you would have saved yourself comments that aren't true.

Very well located and close to everything , however , it is right in the Ramblas , so it’s a busy street. But the apartment is quiet and comfortable .

Great location. Right on La Rambla and a very short walk to the open market. Also walking distance to most of the Gaudi sights, even La Sagrada Familia (took us about 30 minutes). Apartment was modern and very clean. They provided lockers for us to store our luggage after we checked out which was very convenient.

The apartment was very sterile and basic. It does have all of the advertised amenities, however, the washer and dryer did not work. They helped me do my laundry another way. It is decorated in IKEA type furniture, but the location was excellent. The office is not always staffed during all the advertised hours. Had a balcony room, but that involves standing up on a tiny stepstool to climb out on a 2 foot balcony. Not able to see out from the living room furniture, which was very uncomfortable. All in all, I think you could find a better maintained and decorated an apartment for the price. Staff that we interacted with for the laundry it was very helpful and professional.

Thank you very much for your comments. The washer dryer was not working because there are certain rules for that. That is, if you wash 8 kilos of clothes, the washing machine in the drying phase can only dry 4 kilos, it says so in the instructions, that is, a wash of 8 kilos requires two drying cycles of 4 kilos each. It's just that.We accept all kinds of comments, of course, but saying that our furniture is from Ikea is truly reckless; our building was decorated by one of the most prestigious interior designers in the city of Barcelona. An important clarification. Office hours are scrupulously observed, obviously if a client arrives and we have to serve them, as was the case when checking in, the office may be empty, but it is a matter of minutes. Great value and comfortable stay
Very comfortable apartments, and very quiet. Located on the Rambla, so you do have to watch pickpockets here and there, especially at night. The property was unbelievably clean, the kitchen was useful, the dryer takes a long time and a few cycles so be wary. You can’t hear anything which was nice and we slept very well. It was very convenient to get everywhere! There’s a hop on hop off bus at the Plaça Catalunya Barcelona. The young lady that helped us was very helpful. We loved being able to zip in and out of the Gothic neighborhood streets.

We really liked our stay here. Right on La Rambla and so close to La Boqueria. The apartments were very nice and clean and had all the amenities we would need. It’s also very safe and close to all the shopping. Really nice location. The staff were very nice and polite. Loved our stay here.

It’s in the heart of the gothic center. A small grocery store downstairs.restaurants, sightseeing, the market are all short walks away. Beach is about 15 minutes taxi ride away. Apartment is very new. Smaller shower but good water pressure. Nice air conditioning also. Full size fridge,microwave,small washer. Stove tops ,cooking equipment, coffee maker, hot water kettle…all available. Although we didn’t cook at all because great food are just downstairs! We stayed at the back unit, very quiet at night.

Wonderful little modern apartment on the Ramblas
A wonderful little apartment in the heart of Barcelona, the Ramblas. Not only were we walking distance to all that we wanted to go and see, but the best bit of all was sitting on the balcony watching all the action below - really felt part of it all. Overall, it was a good stay. The property is mostly in line with the description and pictures. Some of the furniture and fixtures were perhaps a bit run down, but nothing major (just the difference between between 4 and 5 stars). Communication was good and the check in process was smooth and pleasant. The only word of warning is more with the area and not the property. If you haven’t been to Barcelona before, this is right in the middle of La Rambla, which is the busiest part of the city and certainly not the quietest. Especially at night, the crowd in this part of town is pretty rowdy and we were offered drugs several times around this block. Again, not a deal breaker and we were still pleased overall, but families and those looking for a quieter place may want to consider this. The building is secure and only accessible with your key card, so there’s no worry within the property.

This property is located in an excellent location, La Rambla, which is the most touristy street in Barcelona! You have access to subway, bus, grocery, shopping, dining,… within walking distance. Our room was spacious and the appliances were all working properly. We had room service every other day which is great and not offered by many places anymore! We were very happy with this place and highly recommend it!

It’s infront of a happening street but very unsafe. The property itself is very very nice. Good security. There’s a surprise tourist tax for being there.

I just wanted to share my amazing experience at La Rambla 102as a guest. The place was so nice and clean, MarieAnne and Agustin, was extremely welcoming and helpful. They made sure I had a comfortable stay. But what really blew me away was that I left my wedding ring behind and the staff found it and mailed it back to me! Talk about amazing customer service! Check in was very swift and fast while explaining the essentials very well. Room was fantastic, location fantastic easy walking distance to liceu metro station. Sofa Bed was little difficult to setup but instructions were precise.
