Located in the old Gothic Quarter, there is a gritty but charming feeling. There are winding walking streets with many cafes, bakeries, restaurants and shopping galore. We walked a lot everyday and it was still impossible to see everything. Some beautiful old cathedrals. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet….although the street below had a lot of action and stream of people. There is a huge covered market with many vendors across the street. We got some incredible fruit (the best papaya and mangos) and cheeses. We visited Sagrada Familia (buy tickets in advance), a must see!
