Fantastic hotel in an amazing location! The check-in process was fast and efficient, our room was clean and comfortable, and the large balcony was a great bonus. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Everything was within walking distance, including great restaurants and the hop-on/hop-off bus stops. We especially enjoyed the two pools, the lovely terrace, and the rooftop bar. A major advantage is the hotel's loading zone, which is rare for hotels in the city center. It made arriving and leaving with luggage so much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Barcelona at this lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, everyone made a point to say hello every time we walked through the lobby. The hotel was well located and we walked all over the neighborhood and down to the waterfront as well. There are lots of shops and good restaurants up and down the street to explore as well. We enjoyed our terrace in the morning, which was really nice!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was pleasant and comfortable, and the location was great. Our only real challenge was arriving on an international flight before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time. The room wasn’t ready early, which is completely understandable, but an earlier check-in option when available would be a nice addition for international travellers. The pools were a little small and could have stayed open a bit later, but this didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. We had a lovely stay and would happily return!

The hotel is located centrally and easy to locate, it is immediately next to a metro station. Check-in was really smooth, and the reception staff were really attentive. The room was immaculate, with all the necessary amenities. I didn't use any of the hotels pools/bars /restaurants, but scouted them out-all were inviting. I would absolutely return again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at H10 Metropolitan in Barcelona. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was wonderful: besides the buffet with a selection of croissants, breads, yoghurts, juices, fruit, meats, etc, there are also dishes cooked to order (eggs, sausages, pancakes, porridge). In the breakfast area, Kath and Elmer were always attentive and friendly. We also had lunch in the Eden bar, as well as smoothies one afternoon. Everything was very good. We appreciated the fact that elevators needed the room key in order to operate, which made us feel safe. The fact that the elevators were glass on one side, with a view of the courtyard, was an attractive feature. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the windows blocked out any street noise. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Solid 4 star hotel. Rooms were small, as to be expected, but fine. Staff was pretty helpful but we were not blown away by service. There is a small pool on the roof and another on the ground floor; would have liked some umbrellas on the roof as the direct sun was very hot. There were minor things that we did not feel were worthy of complaining about at the time, like a hair on the bedsheets as soon as we got into the room or the deadbolt not working on the door. Location was excellent, walkable to most things. Overall this is a decent 4 star hotel in a great location.
