Spacious apartment fully equipped for 4 people very close to the Monumental of Barcelona.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a very spacious living/dining room.
It is located in the famous Marina street which allows you to go to the beach in less than 15 minutes walking but also to the Sagrada Familia in 10 minutes.
Spacious fully equipped apartment for 4 people, very close to the Monumental of Barcelona.

Dommage

Nous avons été déçus par l'appartement qui est sombre et pas très propre.La maintenance laisse à désirer (éclairage du salon qui ne fonctionne pas, store d'une des chambres impossible à fermer, prise électrique cassée ou qui ne fonctionne pas)La salle de bain est très vétuste robinetterie cassée et tuyau de douche cassé Dans la cuisine peu couverts si on loue l'appartement à 4 personnes.Le seul point positif est la localisation centrale et très pratique.L'accueil remise des clefs est express il faut régler 30 euros supplémentaires qui ne sont pas mentionnés dans l'annonce
