It is located in a very good point near most of the touristic sites, near stores, pharmacies, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with.

Convenient location and nice place to stay. The property manager is friendly and helpful. The place is big, so my baby daughter had enough space to walk around. We wish it has a bigger sink in the bathroom. :)

location and service
we stayed in this cute apartment for a couple of nights. Location is pefect in the middle of teh busy old town area and a quick 5 minute walk to la rambla. Soundproofing was excellent with windows closed and when open you can experience the bustle of the streets and alleys below, not to mention the choir from the adjacent Santa Maria church. Service was amazing, we arrived early morning ( a few hours early) after a cruise. One call to Santiago and he was there within a few minutes, allowed us to drop our bags, shower and rest while he scheduled cleaners to prepare the apartment . We will use thsi again 100%

Santiagos Apartment is in a great spot , overlooking Santa maria Del Mar,It had clean classy decor . The checkin and out was seamless ,lots of good restarunts and bars close by ,the metro is a short walk away. No hesitation in recommending the place to anyone who wants to enjoy Born .

This place is lovely. It’s very stylish and sophisticated and in such a cool location next to the gothic cathedral and right in the thick of the action el born. We were greeted by Santiago who is cool. There is free coffee too to boot. We’d be crazy to stay anywhere else next time we’re in town. Hoping it’s not booked!

Excellent location
Favorite spot of our trip. Right in the heart of all the clothing boutiques and restaraunts, couldn’t have asked for a better location. Check in with Santiago was very easy and he explained everything in detail in case we needed anything. Apartment was excellent and would definitely stay again :)
