No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.

Fun place, had everything you would need for eating in. A bit of outside noise but if you have the fan on you don’t notice as much. A little disappointed with the mess that was left when they changed the locks during our stay. But I would chose this place again.

The apartment is not so comfortable because the rooms have low ceilings. The area is very busy and you can't open the windows, too much smog.

The apartment looks better in the pictures than in real life. By far the main problem is the location of the bedrooms. For unclear reasons there is at least a foot difference in elevation of the bedrooms compared to the rest of the unit. Because of this the height of the ceiling in the bedrooms is compromised. I measure 5‘6“ and standing tall my head touched the ceiling! I can imagine tall people having trouble getting in and out of the bedrooms. Another potential problem is that there are two steps to get from the higher level bedrooms to the rest of the unit. I almost fell once trying to go to the bathroom at night because I forgot about this. The coffee maker is specific for a Nescafé brand of pods and there were only four pods available at the unit and we could not find them anywhere else. We ended up buying instant coffee. The milk had to be heated on the stove as there was no microwave. The unit was warm most of the time as there was no air conditioner. There were several fans as well as small cooling units. We had a problem with one of the beds which essentially collapsed but to their credit a technician did a quick repair that very same evening and the bed was replaced two days later. Location was excellent.

Wir haben die Winterferien in Berlin mit unseren Kindern (12 &9) für einen Kurzurlaub in Barcelona genutzt. Insgesamt haben wir sechs Nächte im Appartement verbracht. Bei freundlichen Temperaturen zwischen 15 und 20 Grad war es ein perfekter Zeitraum, um die Stadt zu Fuß und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war erfreulich unkompliziert und sehr digital geprägt. Das war alles perfekt. Zum Appartement: Es ist einem sehr schönen Teil Barcelonas gelegen und in einem guten Zustand. Die Beschreibung bei FeWo-direkt zum Zeitpunkt des Buchungsprozesses stimmte. Das "kreative" Appartement ist als Zwischengeschoss in der zum Teil mit hohen Ladengeschäften und Restaurants versehenen Häuserzeile eingezogen worden. Entsprechend niedrig sind die Decken. Im Bereich der Schlafgelegenheiten besteht ab 175cm Körperlänge Kopfstoßgefahr. Durch die vierspurige Einbahnstraße (Ampelkreuzung) entsteht zu Stoßzeiten deutlich hörbarer Verkehrslärm. Dieser wäre deutlich leiser, wenn die Dichtung am Fenster optimal genutzt würde. Durch einen Defekt am Verschluss-System wird das Fensterblatt nicht komplett an den Rahmen gedrückt. Eine Reparatur würde rasch Abhilfe schaffen. Außenlicht kommt nur sehr wenig in das Appartement. Das wird im Frühling/Sommer bei den belaubten Straßenbäumen wahrscheinlich noch weniger sein. Insofern sind die Bilder mit voller Beleuchtung ein wenig kaschierend. Mit der vorhandenen Beleuchtung ist das Appartement angenehm hell. Die Klimaanlage kam nicht zum Einsatz. Die vorhandenen Elektroheizungen haben auch nachts für eine angenehme Temperatur gesorgt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was notwendig ist - wir haben Sie nur zum Frühstück genutzt und waren ansonsten Essen. Das Badezimmer war okay - auch wenn die Fensteröffnung zum Aufzugschacht/Innenhof anfangs etwas befremdlich gewesen ist. Belüftung hat aber geklappt. Appartement, Betten und Handtücher waren sauber, so dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Jedoch ist die vorhandene Sitzgruppe (jetzt mit blauen Kissen) sehr ungemütlich. Es handelt sich eher um Holz-Gartenmöbel. Wir haben sie nur ganz kurz genutzt. Wegen der nicht abschließenden Fensterdichtung - wir haben das dem Vermieter mitgeteilt - der unbequemen Sitzgruppe und den kleinen handwerklich unschönen Stellen (Stufen Schlafbereichen mit herausstehenden Schrauben/Nägeln) geben wir 4,49 Punkte, was abgerundet 4 Punkte sind. Würden wir das Appartement wieder buchen? Ja!

Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Apartement würde nach 4 Tagen nochmals komplett gereinigt, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher würden ebenfalls erneuert. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, ist aber etwas laut, da sie nicht draußen angebracht ist. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir konnten von hier aus alles mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erforschen.
