The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and dining areas. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful regarding dining suggestions, trip ideas and activities. They made our stay a fun one! The location is great and the hotel is pretty. Unfortunately our safe didn't work from the beginning, which we told the staff right after getting to our room. It wasn't fixed. In addition we were assumed of taking a drink from the Minibar and it was charged on our credit card. Even when insiting on not taking anything via E-Mail, it didn't change anything. So be aware of this trick! This ruined our trip.

In the last year I've visiting Barcelona 5 times. This is the property we book first. Love the large rooms, friendly service, great breakfast and most importantly the location and the quiteness of the rooms. The beds are huge and comfortable, the towels and toiletries are good - this is our place to stay now. Also if you don't want bfast there there's a great coffee shop across the street. So easy.

Best thing about this hotel is that it is centrally located, walking distance to main shopping and restaurants in Barcelona. Great to drop off your luggage and sleep in between your Barcelona adventures.
