Comfort with luxury

Perfect stay after our cruise and the family room was the best set up for us traveling with two teen daughters. Shower pressure was amazing and bed super comfortable. Great location easy to walk to many attractions across the city. Rooftop was great setting for a cocktail before dinner.

Great hotel in the middle of everything!

Lovely hotel conveniently located in a safe part of town. Plenty of dining options, activities and interesting things to see. Great shopping and accessible to public transportation. The property is immaculate and the service is second to none. The room was extra clean and the beds were so comfortable. Surprisingly the hotel was so quiet despite the bustling activities on the street lined with high class bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Will definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent hotel. Rooms are unusually spacious, similar to the size of North American size rooms. The bed is comfortable and actually a real king size. Shower is excellent! Air conditioning worked very well. Excellent coffee in the breakfast room. The in room coffee pretty good if you don’t mind pods.

Perfect location and service!

The hotel is located in the area we needed to be. It was very clean and comfortable. Personnel were welcoming and kind, and made suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. We had breakfast there every day: it was delicious!

Rude staff and manager !breakfast are has cameras and they monitor how much you eat-portions really small -don’t recommend paying for it !Would never go back .Hotel is pretty nice but people that work there especially a man in breakfast area very mean .They tell you not to bring water or snacks to pool .So weird .I don’t recommend it at all!!
