The attention to detail. The gentlemen at the front desk, the entire staff, were above and beyond when it came to service. First time in Barcelona, and we were welcomed like family. When we return, we will book here, and we can only hope to see the same team to celebrate with them! Wonderful time, 1000 stars.

Excellent hotel. Perfect central location for Barcelona. The decor throughout is absolutely stunning - it’s like a big piece of artwork! Fabulous breakfast. Stunning roof terrace with pool and bar. The staff are extremely polite and friendly - always there to help. Despite being in the centre of Barcelona the hotel was incredibly peaceful and quiet. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My 8 year old daughter and I had a lovely stay.

This hotel was one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve stayed in. Right in the thick of the Gothic Quarter, we couldn’t have asked for a better oasis. The rooftop pool and pool bar was exceptional. Our rooms were impressive. One of them had an amazing balcony.

The hotel is a 2-minute walk to Liceu Station, which is highly convenient because it connects to several lines. It is tucked away from the busy La Rambla, but La Boqueria, the Gothic Quarter, and the Barcelona Cathedral are walkable from the hotel. The moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The lobby looks amazing, is well maintained, and smells wonderful. Our room was clean with complete amenities, including towels, a bathrobe, and slippers. It was spacious enough for the three of us. There is a dipping pool, and the rooftop bar has a chill vibe. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. They also have a separate menu for more hot food like omellete and pancakes. Javier and Fabian were amazing hosts, always greeting us with enthusiasm.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean, the hotel was still having some refurbishment works taking place, but this wasn't an issue as the decor in the stairwells, corridors was great and had amazing architecture and ambience. What a great hotel and location. The recently refurbed rooms and spacious communal areas are a pleasure. Breakfast was really good and the location is superb. The pool is nice for kids but on the small side if you’re looking for exercise. We were unlucky with power outages while we were there but would def stop here again.
