Such a beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff. Great restaurant and bar to enjoy. We even brought home the custom cute dog salt shakers!

Overall, this is a great option if you want to stay in the city center. However, the condition of the rooms and the overall feel of the hotel don’t really match a true 5-star standard. That said, the service is excellent and the staff were very helpful. One thing I found quite strange for a 5-star hotel is that there were no slippers in the room. Also, the toiletries shown in the hotel photos did not match what was actually provided. In general, it was still a good stay, but expectations should be adjusted if you’re booking it as a luxury 5-star experience.

Property is beautiful and is right in the old city so it's incredibly easy to walk. Hundreds of dining options very nearby. Not an easy place to get to if you are driving.

The hotel and service were terrific. The restaurant is excellent. The only quibble is that there was no dresser in the room for folded clothes. Otherwise our experience at the Whitmore was fabulous

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. It is close to the vibrant restaurant, tapas, and pintxos food bar area. Great staff and service experience in all interactions. An eco-friendly approach is integrated into their servicing and environmental management. San Sebastian is a fantastic place to visit. When I return, I will not look elsewhere for a place to stay.

5 star service. Great boutique hotel in the gothic quarter. The top shelf mini bar refilled daily and free of charge, the coffee machine and room coffee options was a lovely bonus, great roof top, breakfast was amazing and the service. The gift at the end of our trip icing on the cake. My only feedback would be how dark the rooms are which I get is the vibe but it would nice for a brighter light option.

We loved our time at Hotel Wittmore! The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel was beautifully unique and has a special hideaway feel to it. We were 2 couples traveling together and enjoyed the rooftop poolette and the restaurant immensely. Highly recommend this place!

This boutique hotel was stunning! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The restaurant was exceptional, the cocktails at the bar were spot on. The staff went above and beyond! Wonderful team; helpful and friendly. Service was impeccable. A lovely boutique hotel nestled into a quiet corner of the gothic quarter.
