Nido-Badalona is fully furnished, has fast WiFi, 2 desks with 2 monitors each, heating, air conditioning, automatic shutters, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The bathroom has recently been upgraded with a walk-in rainshower. It also has a bidet and a washing machine.
Enyoy the private roof-top terrace with chill-out area.
Our home is a perfect fit for remote workers or a small family. The max. occupancy is three.
Underground parking for a small car & weekly basic cleaning included.
Quiet residential area, everything within walking distance: Metro, supermarkets, restaurants.
Due to ALLERGIES in the family NO ANIMALS are allowed at all! We're really sorry but as this is our home which we only occasionally rent out to guests this also counts for assistance animals.

The apt. must not be used as a habitual residence and it is forbidden to register as a resident. It is only rented for recreational, non touristic use.
