The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and the Gothic Quarter. The room was clean. One bed was extremely uncomfortable, the other two were not bad. The most amazing thing about this place is the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I can truly say they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

This is a well located hostel style accommodation in central Barcelona with buses, trams and metro all nearby. The room is basic but spacious and private bathroom is clean. My room had no air con , only a tower fan, which in honesty was not enough for the stifling summer heat so i try not to stay in the room for too long. It won't be for everyone especially those who cannot tolerate heat or the elderly. My biggest issue is the inconsistency in service by reception staff. Most of them are polite and helpful, except one extremely rude overweight man who works evening shifts, who questioned me why i was asking for extra shampoo and toilet rolls. It was in the evening and I was tired so did not want to start an argument but normally such people would not have a job after such disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour to a customer. I have reported this to reception - to management: get rid of him he is ruining the decent service the rest of the team gives.

The room was extremely hot, the small fan provided was inadequate. The bathroom smelt moldy and the shower curtain wasn't clean. The staff was very nice and helpful, front desk as well as cleaning staff. In addition it was nice having a kitchenette.

Para empezar; habitacion sin ventilacion. 4 dias sin realizar una minima limpieza( baño, cama, papeleras, etc. He acabado devorado por los modquitos ante la ausencia de mosquitera en la ventana. En lo positivo, mini cocina bien equipada y beño tambien. Quizas lo mejor haya sido el personal, muy amables y atentos.

O quarto era espaçoso. Ha uma mini cozinha com fogao eletrico e frigobar, alem de copos, pratos e talheres. O servico de limpeza e arrumação do quarto nao foi realizado todos os dias. O pior de tudo ficou por conta do calor/abafado. Viajei na segunda quinzena de agosto e o quarto nao tem ar condicionado so um ventilador que nao deu conta .

Preis Leistung stimmt. Es ist auch zu Fuss vieles gut erreichbar (Strand 25 min, Sagrada Familia 20) Es war sauber aber natürlich nicht mit viel schnick schnack ausgestattet. Keine Klimaanlage. Frühstück eher dürftig. Personal aber sejr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Comfortable stay

Wonderful stay. Great studio like room with fridge and stove and private bathroom. Good value for all it offers. Includes gym for a good workout. Fast WiFi connection. Very clean rooms Huge park accross the street walking distance to restaurants, shopping and train. Staff could not be nicer and very accomodating. I highly recommend and enjoyed my stay

Puntos a favor: 1. La ubicación es excelente 2. El personal es muy amable 3. El desayuno básico pero bueno y la atención del restaurante es genial 4. La cocina ayuda un montón para aquel que desea ahorrarse algo de dinero 5. Poder dejar las maletas mientras uno pasea después de el check out 6. Habitaciones sencillas pero con todo lo básico 7. Clóset bastante cómodo y espacioso Puntos en contra: 1. Las habitaciones no se parecen en nada a las que ponen en las fotos (realmente parece otro lugar) 2. No dejan jabón, lo cual en tiempos de covid es inconcebible 3. No hay aire acondicionado y si bien al menos mi habitación tenía ventana a la calle a veces el ventilador no era suficiente (y eso que no hacía tanto calor a comparación de otros veranos) 4. Mis sábanas se ensuciaron con un poco de comida y me pude dar cuenta que a pesar de eso no las cambiaron (era una mancha pequeña que casi ni se veía, por eso no me importó mucho, y en realidad no está mal si hablamos de cuidar el ambiente. 5. Era evidente que no limpiaban bien la habitación porque encontré cosas que se habían caído antes de irme sin recoger 6. El lugar en general parece un poco descuidado 7. Estéticamente no es muy bonito
