Apartament, located in the very centre, in the Eixample, a residential and nice neighborhood, tough close to the fashionable restaurants and shops. Five minutes walking from the famous Sagrada Familia and several tube lines (20 minutes to the beach, direct line). It's a sunny apartment, with three balconies, four bedrooms, modern furnishings. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nesspresso coffee maker...We provide baby cot & other baby facilities & a high chair can be supplied upon request.

Wonderful stay

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the location, very walkable to everything. The AC worked well and the apartment was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to friends!

Great location!

We had a great stay in this apartment in the old town of Barcelona. We were only about 4 blocks from the Sagrada Familia, and easy access to two different metro stations.Joanna was great to work with, and was willing to accommodate our arrival time. She was also helpful in getting us instructions on where the closest market was, how to get to the train station, and other questions.The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay!

Convenient location, lovely hostess

Cute apartment with small terraces, close to transportation and walkable to many areas, restaurants, supermarket and markets. Joana was very accommodating, accessible and provided all the basics.

A home away

There was lots of space in the apartment and lots of supplies like extra blankets, some coffee and sugar to get started, spices, and dishes. The host was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is close to Sagrada Familia, other attractions, and two subway stops. It made it very easy to get around to see all we wanted to see.

Spacious, clean, great location

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and spacious! Elevator in the building, close to restaurants and to the metro. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived and was very helpful. Very happy with our stay!

Great location, lovely property!!

Right by la Sagrada familia!! Get the local neighborhood feel in a great location!! It's a bit of a hike to Las Ramblas, but we did it most days and enjoyed the exercise!! Always felt safe in this area, even at night. The host was super kind and the apartment was perfect for us!! Would totally stay again!

Very Comfortable

Joana was the perfect host. She met us at the apartment when we arrived, showed us around the property, and gave us advice on where to find a grocery store. The property is very close to Sagrada Família as advertised. It could not be a better location. We enjoyed the stay with Joana very much.

Nice apartment in amazing location!

Stayed with our kids (17 & 21). Apartment was lovely, spacious for our family of 4 and very clean. AC in living room and primary bedroom was wonderful as we visited Barcelona in late June. Location is in a good neighborhood, with small grocery store at street lock, and 5min walk to Sagrada Família. 5min walk to subway, 30min walk to Gran Via, Casa Batllo, and many amazing restaurants! Excellent location and Joana was a great host - would definitely recommend!

What to expect

The property manager Gema was a great help during the process. She upon arrival personally gave me a tur in the house and explained the functioning of everything from window blinds to alarm. The location is literally three blocks to "la sagrada Familia" There are supermarkets and bakeries in every block, you can cook or buy pre made at Mercadona and other suppers in the area. The property is great for families , the only thing I regret is not having more days of vacations. Ah, one thing, you must book online the places you want to go, I was unable to visit places due to capacity. Infront of the Church there are tur busses and you can travel all over the city and see Gaudi buildings and art.

Perfect for a family with kids!

We are a family of five with young kids. We stayed 8 nights in early October. The host was great about communicating and coordination upon our arrival even with flight delays. The apartment and building were very clean. The apartment location was wonderful in a quiet neighborhood with close access to buses and metro in addition to several playgrounds and a nice grocery store. The small playroom was a nice bonus especially for our 4 year old. I highly recommended this rental especially if you are family with young kids.

Spacious central location with good AC

Loved the location as it was near everything we wanted. AC was good which helped as it was a muggy and hot most of the time we stayed in Barcelona. The freezer was the only thing that needed a little TLC as part of it was frozen solid and the hot water on demand heater was a little finicky at times. Otherwise great stay and a great host. We got off our cruise early and were able to drop off our bags around noon (4 hours before our scheduled check in). Great place for a family of 5. Would recommend it for anyone wanting to be close to Sagrada Família (5 minute walk).

Great location - close to Sagrada Familia

Nice apartment with small balconies ( two from bedrooms and one from leaving room). One bedroom really big - two others are smaller, but there’s separate room with toys for kids. The bath tub is not big but works as shower very well. Kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Most important is location- close to Sagrada Familia ( visiting even at night- to see lights) - safe neighborhood- 8 minutes walk. Close to two different metro lines. Close to markets, restaurants and coffee places. Walking distance to many attractions. Great communication with the great host. Be happy to visit again.

Affordable and close to main attractions.

I was very pleased with response time from the host. Check-in was in person but that was fine with us since we arrived about 30 minutes before check-in time started. There were several amenities offered like use of the kitchen with pots and pans, plates, cups, silverware, coffee maker. We also appreciated the AC units that allowed us to choose the temperature. There was great closet space in the biggest bedroom, offering an iron with iron board and extra bedsheets. Towels were provided as well. There was a cute nursery/kids room for those traveling with kids. The greatest feature was the vicinity to the Sagrada Familia, hop on hop off bus tour stop in front of the Sagrada Familia, and Parc Guell. Mount Tibidabo was about 20 minute car ride from the VRBO as well.

Great location, not so good appartment

The apartment is very well located. There are a lot of restaurants close, 15 min walk from downtown and close to Sagrada Familia. Unfortunately, the description was not totally accurate. It was mentioned that the apartment was new. Actually, the apartment was a bit old and a permanent smell of humidity was present. In the description it was also mentioned a tax fee of 2.5EUR per person per day (except the kids) but they finally requested 5EUR per person per day (except the kids). The photos on the profile are not representative of the place. It looks more clean, new and bright that it is in reality. On the other hand, the communication with the owner was good and she provides good information about the area.

Sagrada Familia apartment

Large, clean apartment very well equipped and perfect for a family trip. Five minute walk to the Sagrada Familia and nearest Metro stations. Lots of nice places to eat and shop for groceries. Be sure have some cash with you to pay the occupancy tax per adult per day. Great communication with owner.
