Property was ok. However did not agree with 4 star rating. Basic facilities. Very noisy at night onside due to all doors to rooms all off a single 7 storey atrium and room walls being very thin.

Everything about this place was top tier. Room was amazing. Spacious, always kept clean with fresh sheets and towels replaced daily. Bathroom was big too with lots of room. Appreciated the fridge so I could keep my drinks cold. Location is amazing. Right in the centre of Barcelona. Most things can be reached within walking distance or Metro/Bus are a few minutes away. Only problem I had was with the gym. It's hardly a gym. Just a room with gym equipment in. I think a lot more enthusiasm needs to be pushed into refurbishment and upgrading of the current "Gym" facilities. I have more equipment at home lol. Other than this, would definitely stay here again.

Nice area. Hotel itself on common areas are unkept. Bathrooms are large. Lamps and light fixtures were fixed with tape and were not well kept.

Nice hotel. Not walkable to any tourist sites but in a nice area 16th plenty of taxis and busses. Good breakfast for a fee. Nice room and very comfortable.

Decent hotel ideally suited for touring Barcelona (to be honest public transport is so good no matter where you stay would be ideal). Family room had plenty of space, lovely and modern with decent bathroom. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Front door had code to get in at all times which felt secure. Plenty of supermarkets, sandwich shops and restaurants (and pharmacy) with a couple of minutes. Short walk to nearest bus stops and metro, can get almost anywhere within 15-20 mins. Breakfast was small but decent selection of pastries, cereal, cold meats and cheese, cooked bacon and egg, plus fresh fruit and yogurt. Very happy with this hotel, no issues.

A good hotel
Great location. Very clean and comfortable rooms but can get some noise from other rooms at the side above and below! So poor sound insulation. 'Pool' is more like a bath and while the sun deck is a nice touch it's next to a building site so massive construction noise from 8am to 5pm most days. The gym is ok, but some kit broken. Some parts of the hotel a little dated but it's still a very nice hotel. Check out was painfully slow - only one person working and impossible to check out in a hurry! So factor that in if you need to leave fast.

Nice property located a bit far away from metro/bus stop and main attractions. Nice restaurants within 20 mins walk. Staff nice and helpful, room super spacious and bed very comfortable. However there was a lot of noise even during the night or early in the morning with door slamming all the time and the air con wasn’t the best. Overall recommended.

Overall the hotel was fine. I didn’t care for one of the male staff who was somewhat unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends.

Staff were friendly. But terrible room service. Also air conditioning was broken and made the room hotter than 30 degrees. They advised I open the window (in January to cool the room down) which then meant I heard all the traffic outside from the main road and made the room freezing. I wouldn't stay here again.

Modern hotel with very nice foyer and friendly staff. The room was very clean and quite large. Bed was very comfortable. A bonus was the roof area that had a lot of seating, sun and shade and nice little pool (ideal for soaking in after hours or walking around wonderful Barcelona for hours).

Amazing hotel in a quiet neighborhood. First time visiting Barcelona and was super accessible to public transportation as the location is outside the touristy area of Barcelona. You feel like your living like a local. Also easy access to airport by bus. Hotel staff was amazing when our luggage was delayed they stored it safely in the back until we got back from our day of adventures. Hotel rooms were the biggest we’ve had in our European experience 😂😅 and VERY clean and tidy. Would recommend!

Room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The only reason it was not 5 star was that the Air Conditioner barely worked and we had to get a fan to sleep.

Lovely hotel with great rooms, beds, bathrooms and super friendly staff. However very disappointed in the pool. It is in the picture advertising the hotel and its the size of a hot tub. You could not get 4 people into it comfortably let alone call it a proper pool.

Worst hotel I’ve been to. There were so many problems: AC not working well, we literally sweated pools of sweat at night. Eventually they brought us a fan that made it bearable. The safe was not good, we had to wait until Monday for it to be fixed. The shower left a giant puddle every time you showered, and then you had to swipe it with towels. Broken lightbulb etc. The pool is tiny!! Not like the pictures on the website, not worth your time. I completely and utterly recommend you stay away.
