Top-notch location situated in the heart of Barcelona city center is an elegant and comfortable apartment divided into two levels which make the entire flat look even more dynamic and elegant. One large living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen are found on the first level. On the second level you can relax. It has three comfortable double bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a private bathroom, closet and a balcony. The other two bedrooms have two beds each one and there is another bathroom with a bath.

-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival.
-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
