Raval apartment
Great central location. Space for family to spread out was well used. Amenities package of coffee and cleaners was appreciated and used. Only downside was the beds were firm to the point of being uncomfortable. Overall enjoyed stay though.

The staff was absolutely amazing and helped us with whatever questions we had. Please make sure to check the address for the office! We accidentally went to the apartment first and had to lug our bags to the office for check in. Although it was only a 5 minute walk, my gps took us the wrong way and we took a cab to the office. The apartment is located on a small street that at times got sketchy, but we had no problems. Great place to stay.

Good to stay!
Really good location! Front desk people really good!!! The only thing I didn’t like is they have the location check in different to the apartment... so we had to walk 3 blocks with my kids and with the luggage. My apartment designed was on Tigre street.

The apartment was as advertised. It was located in a neighborhood so local people living all around. In good location to everything. It was noisy at times at night and there was a marijuana smell in the stairwells and permeating into the apartment at times. Good for the value.

Great location
Check in was easy (it’s at a building a couple of minutes walk away) and staff were really helpful. The location was excellent - very central and you could walk most places. Heaps of shops, restaurants, and bars in immediate vicinity. The apartment was great. Basic, as was expected for the price, but had all the amenities you needed including a washing machine and a coffee machine. Only negative was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable but fine if you’re only staying a couple of nights

Spacious duplex apartment, 10 minute walk to La Rambla. Easy to get around from here. Near to Sant Antoni metro station where you can get the metro to Sagrada Familia. We were 3 adults sharing so 3 bathrooms were good but the single beds were too narrow, more suitable for children. A broken electrical socket, which I reported at the beginning of our stay, needs to be repaired.

The flat is close to placa Catalunya and La Rambla where services are available and conveninet for tourists. The alley and it's surroundings have a lot of graffiti which can be intimidating to tourists and especially when people are hanging out on the street corners. The front desk lady was very nice when we checked in but the flat was about couple blocks away and we had to walk there with our suitcases. The room service is non existing, although we stayed there for four nights. it would have been nice to have fresh towels, beddings and toilet papers every other day. We wanted a Taxi to the airport and the front desk refused to call us one for five people. They. Said it is difficult hold of a Taxi. We ended up taking our suitcases and walking couple blocks looking for a taxi that fits five people and their luggage.

Your check-out matched with a Barcelona congress and our taxi service call center did not work properly. That is the only reason why we did not have the opportunity to arrange you a taxi service. We called them several times during the day, not only for you but for other guests also, and it was impossible to book a taxi. Wonderful apartment near "Las Ramblas" with excellent accommodations. The most useful was the laundry washer and dryer, which allowed us to pack and travel light.. The location is ideal for getting to know the city.

The apartment was well keep , clean with one washroom with shower , one double bed and a sofa bed, it's very nice decorated , this is not a hotel so no cleaning service. You also have to take out the trash last day of your stay, Not enough shampoo and toilet paper for 5 days stay so I brought from a local supermarket more toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner etc , not in a quiet neighbourhood with few bars around you can hear music from 2-4 sometimes , very local sometime sketchy but still was save for 3 of us females to walk at night

Comfortable flat. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend. Front desk was very helpful. Would have preferred if they had some extra toilet paper rolls as we were 4 of us for 3 nights. Had to walk to the front desk to get some which was quite a walk from the apartment. Besides this everything else was great.

We only have positive things to stay about this apartment. We were greeted by a very helpful staff member (can't remember his name!) he gave us the full low down and didn't rush us out. We arrived earlier than the stated check in time but natalia had emailed me prior to arriving to see what time we would get there and our aprtment was already ready for us. The apartment is great for those who want more of a home feel during their stay. Daily flats provided toiletries and even a little kit to wash/dry dishes with bin bags and even espresso pods! - small but helpful and thkughtful things! The location was great, 5 minute walk from the rambalas, the apartment has two bathrooms which is helpful, they are compact but we had no complaints. The sofa bed is not the most comfortable but that was to be expected. Each room has a good air con system which is helpful for cool/hot air, the block is safe with security card access only. We would book with daily flats again for sure! Thank you for a great stay in Barcelona!

Great apartment, smaller than the pictures on the ad but is in good shape , you have to ck in at a different location but is only 4 min walk , you definitely need to have a phone with internet to get to an from the airport and to and from the location.

Enjoyed our 5-night stay like a local
Spent five nights here with friend and her adult son. Check in is at the office at 28 Villarroel a few blocks away. Raquel was efficient and escorted us to the apartment to show us around. They do place a €200 damage deposit on your credit card (refunded after your stay). Nicely equipped kitchen. Comfortably slept three adults. Two bathrooms. One had some mold after a few days and if there were cleaning supplies we'd have taken care of it. Otherwise a great stay. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus!

The apartment was well appointed and comfortably furnished for a family of 3. Everything was well made up for arrival and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance of the town center and close to most of the tourist spots. The only thing to keep in mind is that the Raval apartments are a few minutes walking distance away from their main HQ so you will need to go to the hq for check in and check out and then make your way to the apartment so can be a bit inconvenient especially if you are traveling with a lot of luggage or kids. Wifi was a big disappointment and is not dependable at all, kept dropping off and the speeds were unbelievably slow at best, we ended up using data on our phone most of the time.

Nice stay at Daily Flats Raval
Daily Flats Raval is a nice apartment with kitchen. It's close to everything. The only thing is our building is separate from the front desk where we checked in which we had to walk a few blocks but not too far. Other than that the room is great and I highly recommend this place. In addition, there are groceries nearby and shopping is close. Everything is walking distance from this apartment. Close to La Rambla, Paseo de Gracia, we even walked to La Sagrada Familia. We came during the holiday after Easter therefore a lot of stores are closed. We also didn't know that Barcelona doesn't have much celebration during Holy Week or Easter unlike the other Spanish towns that we visited.

Great place for families in the center of barcelon
Very nice place, just few minutes walk from La Rambla and Catalunia Square. The apartment is in very good condition, well maintained, well equipped, clean and comfortable. You could notice it was renovated recently. We stayed 2 adults + 3 kids. The stuff was very friendly and helped us with additional bed for the 3rd kid (for an extra cost) although the place is listed for 4 ppl only. We stayed in the 2nd floor and enjoyed a nice balcony to the street. The elevator is tiny and can fit 2 persons only. The Dailyflats office (the reception and stuff) is located 5 minutes walk from the building. Great stay for family in very good location. Very recommended.

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena, el lugar pequeño pero cómodo, muy bien ubicado. Lo único que me detiene para decir que fue excelente es que los administradores deben mejorar la comunicación con los huéspedes, tardaban en contestar, aunque eso si, cuando lo hacían eran muy amables. Totalmente recomendable.

숙소는 번화가에서 좀 떨어져 안쪽에 있는 복층 아파트였고, 방도 많고 화장실도 많아서 5명이 쓰기에 좋았어요. 건물도 고풍스럽게 인테리어 되어 있었고 다 좋았으나, 엄지손가락만한 바퀴벌레가 나와서 기겁을 했네요. 저랑 어린 조카랑은 벌레에 엄청 물렸는데, 처음엔 베드버그를 의심할 정도로 자고 일어나면 벌레 물린 자국 한가득이었는데, 조카가 모기소리를 들었다고 해서 모기 물린 거로 치기로 했네요. 벽이 울퉁불퉁하고 흰색도 아니어서 모기를 찾아서 잡을 수 있는 환경은 아니었습니다. 벌레들을 제외하면 괜찮은 숙소였는데 아쉽습니다. 방역에 좀 더 신경써주세요.

Perfekt för 5 vuxna. Bäddsoffan var för 2 vuxna. Perfekt med två toaletter med dusch i varje. Perfekt med diskmaskin tips ta med maskindiskmedel. Ett annat tips är att ta med bakplåtspapper till plåten i ugnen. Vi bodde på första våning lite lyhört från våningen över men det var inga problem tips öronproppar om man är känslig. Läget var perfekt gångavstånd till bra mataffärer, sevärdighter och nära till flygbussen A1 o A2 kostade ca 5,50 euro per person. Fräscha sängkläder, bra kuddar. Gränden där lägenhet låg i är charmigt, på balkongerna mot gränden hänger det tvätt o området är lugnt. Hissen är för två personer då är det fullt. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende, högst troligt att vi bor där nästa gång vi är i Barcelona.

Reception og lejlighed er ikke samme sted. Der er mod betaling mulighed for parkering med receptionen og ikke lejligheden (der er max ½ km mellem recption og lejligheden) Fin lejlighed med god plads til 2, hvis man er 3 eller flere er der ikke sofapladser nok. Lejligheden ligger i et hyggeligt område, men der er ingen udsigt fra lejligheden

Bel appartement, spacieux, pratique et très bien localisé. Seul hic est que le ménage n’est pas pris en charge, ni le changement des serviettes; donc 5 jours avec les mêmes serviettes, à faire nousbmeme le ménage. Pas super pour un service 4 étoiles et vu le prix.
