Very clean apartment with walking access to train stations, groceries, activities etc. great locations. The appliances in the apartment are outdated. The espresso pot and water kettle had rust. Claire helped us checking in and she’s very friendly and provided good information on Barcelona and stay.

On the other hand I also want to mention that the mosquitos in the city is something out of our control. During summer time is so common to find mosquitos in Barcelona. The property is clean, it suits well for a family stay. The host communicated properly by getting in touch in advance, providing directions, and responsive. The only unpleasant experience was the conflicting information between the office and parking staff. We were told to pay on the last day of parking but the parking staff made us pay cash on the following day for the full parking space use. Other than that, would recommend.

First of all we are sorry for the missunderstanding between our staff and the parking staff, because they didn't advice us that in case the guest is taking the car off during the stay has to pay in advance the full stay, otherwise you could leave without paying, I don't mean you, talking in general. They had two bad experiences and changed the way to manage it without letting us know. Once again we are sorry for the missinformation. Hope to see you again in Weflating Barcelona! Best

We had an excellent time in Barcelona. The flat was spacious very well located. The area around is full of very lovely restaurants, thervetherias and tapas and pintxos bars. Close to metro stations for green and lilac lines (L3 and L2). Though, very thin walls. You could hear the conversations from the next apartments and every time somebody was walking in it. Not that it really bothered us. Having two kids with you (aged 13 and 7) we contributed a lot to the nuisance.we would easily stay again there.

Nice Location/Excellent Management
The property was in a 'neighborhood/commercial' area with plenty of dining, grocery and close to market and Metro. The staff at Weflatting was right across the street and SO helpful - directions and preordering tickets. I know when I went to Parc Guell there were many people that did not know they were sold out. Weflatting called ahead and got me reservations for the next day. I will warn 'picky Americans' whom believe themselves to be entitled to a Parador for the price of a small apartment (in an International location), this may not be for you. But for me and my friend, it was perfect. There was no A/C, but plenty of fans and a terrace. It was also quite quiet.

Decent stay, nice location but...
The flat was centrally located, large enough for 6 pax and had quite a lot of bathrooms. The location is fairly good as there are train stations near by, the neighborhood is being revitalized with hip restaurants and bars and community seems to be tight knit and friendly. Issues we had was considerably minor, noisy neighbors though not completely their fault. The walls are thin and poorly insulated so it’s not like we can ask them to be slient. I only did not like the fact that having commented about this to the property led them to say I could have complained to resolve it. Im sure we aren’t the 1st to think that the wall are too thin. There was also a neighbor smoking a joint though legal in Barcelona we complain to Weflating and they immediately rectified the situation. They also assisted us in getting a taxi when we departed.

Stunning Apartment, Stunning Location, Stunning Ci
Absolutely loved this place. The apartment was stunning and the location was perfect. 20 minutes walk to anywhere. The local area was vibrant with cafes, restaurants and markets which totally spoke to my tastes. The Weflating crew were exceptionally friendly and I just loved being there. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Best family spring vacation
A beautiful 3 bedroom apartment just walking distance to la ramblas and gothic quarters, I would definitely have given a 5 star if it wasn't for the noise very hard to sleep also the wifi wasn't working at all even thou we complained several times it was stil the same. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend this clean apartment to my family and friends. Everything you need is well equipped in the apartment.

Warm friendly check in. Stayed in "Parlament "which is around the corner from the agents on Compte Borrell. Kitchen is a reasonable size and well appointed. Through lounge has a dining area and a seating area. Bedroom 1 has ample room and a double bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Plenty of storage in both and good a/c. The large shower room is fully tiled and offers loads of hot water.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was very spacious with two bathrooms. We used the kitchen in the morning. There is a small market and coffee shop on the same block which was very convenient. The train stop was only a 10 min walk from the apartment.

Don't waste your time and money here
This hotel was such a bad experience in terms of service, the apartment itself, and the location. First, the service. The staff was unhelpful at best, and rude at worst. We requested a coffee machine since there was none provided, and their response was rudely stick with the expresso maker (which is not a coffee machine). While leaving we needed their help to unlock the door because we left a charger behind, and they didn't answer in time. When they actually did answer we were already in Madrid, and their response was so careless as our request for help was beneath them. Second, the apartment itself. The actual apartment does not live up to the photos. Don't let the photos deceive you, this apartment is dirty and outdated and not well kept. The bedding was dirty and the mattress was nothing more than a sheet on a piece of wood. The toilet and bathroom fixtures were not cleaned. The floor was still wet when we entered from the mop which left streaks of dirty water behind. Lastly, the horrible location. The location is also not good, don't bother staying near the sketchy El Raval neighborhood, you're not close to anything good. Also the apartment offers absolutely no sound proofing from the noisy street below. Don't waste your valuable vacation time and money on this sham of a place. Very underwhelming and disappointing.

Very good location.
We were very happy there. Shops, public transport to attractions, access to office, helpful staff, clean, well equipped kitchen (including a kettle, which is unusual for Spain). After doing research we arranged Barcelona Card which was fantastic for what we wanted to do and see.

Experience as if you were a local
The location of the apartments is just outside the busy tourist area and thus one can experience what it is like to live as a local. Within, approximately, a ten minute walk of two metro stops, the airport bus stop, and La Rambla. Given that the apartment has a washing machine but no dryer, one should note that only one bath towel and one hand towel is provided for each guest for the stay. Air conditioning is bedrooms only, but was sufficient to keep apartment comfortable.

AVOID THIS HOTEL
Booked the hotel for 3 people, however when we got to the hotel, we were told we had to pay £25 extra per night! Complete con, we refused to pay and in consequence we were only given 2 beds. Absolute disaster. Awful staff.Avoid this sham of a hotel. Expedia is aware.

Great Location
Three seniors rented an apartment for a few pre-cruise days. Lovely location, two bathrooms in the three bedrooms apartment. Bedroom on the street side was a bit noisy at night and the other two bedrooms were very quiet. Short walk from Aerobus stop at the university. Kitchenette setup is very functional and clean. Overall it was a very good experience in a budget apartment.

Ideal apartment
Property had not received our check-in time from the booking supplier however, upon arrival at the apartments address I called the phone number provided, they were very quick to arrive to give us the keys and check us in (even at 8pm). The gentleman who met us at the apartment was very charming and he spoke excellent English. The apartment was very large as were the size of the bedrooms. The building was very traditional, insanely high ceilings, beautiful tall doorway, the cute balconies on the 2 front bedrooms were very quaint. The shower had fantastic water pressure. The beds were extremely comfortable. The subway station was 2 blocks away from the apartments. There were a couple of grocery stores around the corner from the apartment. Everything was excellent, with the one exception of the walls and ceiling not being sound proof - it was very noisy at night when you were trying to sleep. The inconsiderate neighbours in the apartments above came clattering down the stairs at all hours of the night like a herd of elephants yelling and carrying on as if they were the only people on the planet and the street noise on the weekend was very loud in the 2 front bedrooms. Apartment could also do with a stove (instead of hot plates) and a working radiator. Overall I would definitely stay again. And I would recommend these apartments to everyone.

Just a walk to all things in Barcelona
It was located in an amazing place. Very safe neighborhood and just a walk to everything in Barcelona. Loved the security with having all those doors that you have to unlock meaning that not anyone could just walk in. It was also very roomy and comfortable. It was cozy and vintage so a little outdated so don't expect to walk into a 5 star. I would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment but not entirely as advertised ...
Pros - good, clean, spacious, well located, comfortable apartment with comfy beds, lots of wardrobe space, 2 bathrooms for a 2 bed apt. Cons - not sound proofed from neighbours above. No luggage storage if you have a late flight and no corkscrew!! Advertised bathrobes - there were none, and only toiletries provided was soap only! There's was no safe as advertised either.

Lovely Spanish apartment with comfortable beds
This was a lovely spacious apartment with modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Close to the metro so very easy to get around the city. Only drawback is that it is quite noisy at night with traffic etc so would recommend bringing earplugs!

The lodging is conveniently located, near the metro and the aerobus, no driving needed. The staff were very helpful with directions and orientation. The kitchen is well equipped, for a Family is an advantage, the only inconvenient found was, that one of the air conditioner did not work though, but hopefully it will be taken care of by the time is booked by next guests. We look forward to stay again at the same place.

Good but don't expect for real apt as yours
It's good place with good location and room comfort. But the thing is if you expect to cook in the apt, the cook tools are so bad.... Everything is Ikea goods... Furniture, Plates, cooking tools and so on completely. The apt was really useful to stay with my family.

The Trivao sant antoni market studio apartment was a lovely little apartment which made us feel like we were really experiencing the European lifestyle! Lovely nice balcony in the sun and substantial living space to relax in. Nice new clean en-suite bathroom. Perhaps not for you if you are a light sleeper as it is on the road and noisy at night although it was a small price to pay for its excellent location close to the metro and in walking distance of sightseeing attractions. Only negative really was the floor could have done with being mopped as it was a little dirty.

Good location, Easy to walk to many things and the metro. We had much space and were comfortable. The only negative was on the last night (we stayed four) we could hear the neighbors through the walls. However for the majority of the stay all was quiet and people were respectful.

Der er, hvad der skal være! Pænt og rent i fredelig bygning Nem check in, afhentning af nøgler på kontor i nr. 38, mens lejligheden (med to soveværelser og terrasse) ligger lige overfor i nr. 41, i samme gade. Hyggeligt og lokalt kvarter, uden for mange turister. Tæt på ligger et stort overdækket marked, Mercat Saint Antoni, flere dagligvarebutikker (DIA, LIDL etc.) og mange små, hyggelige restauranter i nærheden. Gåafstand til havnen, Ramblaen m.m. Lidt små senge, men til gengæld rigtig komfortable madrasser. Lejligheden er røgfri, men man måtte gerne ryge på terrassen. Eneste lille minus indenfor var, at man i soveværelserne kunne høre, når der blev brugt vand på de øvrige etager (ved brusebad, udtræk på toilet etc.), men ikke noget, som ødelagde helhedsoplevelsen eller som et par ørepropper ikke kunne klare. I øvrigt nemt at komme til/fra lufthavnen med de lyseblå lufthavnsbusser, Aerobus (10,20 € for returbillet).

Buona sistemazione in un bel quartiere non turist
Ottima posizione. L'appartamento ha una bella terrazza ed è dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Unico problema è che è piuttosto rumoroso nel senso che si sentono i vicini.

Appartement très appréciable
Notre séjour à Barcelone s'est parfaitement déroulé et ce grâce à notre logement WeFlating. Notre hôte s'est montrée très disponible et sociable, ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement est très bien desservi (notamment par le bus) et est situé dans une rue très calme. Néanmoins, nous avions tenu compte des précédents avis conseillant des boules quies et ceci s'est révélé indispensable (réellement!) notamment pour couvrir le bruit de la ventilation dans la chambre.
