9/10 Wonderful! (660 reviews)
From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was lovely and helpful. In saying that, she was every day and all other staff too. We travel a lot around the world and do not come across this friendliness often. Especially from all staff. So well done HOtel Cyranno. Breakfast was lovely. Train and town a short walk. I would recommend the single bed for the triple room be bigger, it was a very small single, but it wasnt a major issue, just you have the room to put bigger.

"I personally found a cockroach on the bar counter, brought it to the attention of the receptionist and the Manager, the manager infact refused to acknowledge the existence of cockroach and infact tried to defend that it is a bug from the bush, their kitchen should be pretty unhygienic."
