Poor check in and date uncomfortable accommodation
Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many properties and the office does not open until 3pm. Needless to say from 2:30pm there is already a huge queue at the door and a long wait in the sun as only one person at a time can enter the office to do the paperwork to collect keys. On a positive, the swimming pool and onsite restaurant were excellent.

We paid extra for a bigger a newly refurbished apartment and it was great. The view was as incredible as the sunsets. My only small complaint was that the listing said there would be housekeeping once per stay and there was no cleaning or towel change mid week. They do supply beach towels though! The food and staff in the restaurant were excellent.

Great Apartments
We stayed in Ca Mure block, we had a car would not have wanted to walk down to pool everyday from our apartment. The apartment lacked a toaster otherwise was ok.

A half term break on Lake Garda
This was a last minute impulse holiday and was really good fun. The season was just about over, and so the price for the apartment was very good. We also managed to get cheap flights to Venice. The area is fantastic, very picturesque towns along the lake, but also good cities nearby in Verona and Vicenza. All in all a really good holiday. Ate a couple of times in the restaurant and we were very impressed with the food.

Simple, decent, good value
Bit of a trek out of town, but that was expected from the location so no issues there. About a 20 minute walk into Bardolino for me and my wife at a slow amble. Room was clean and functional. Great view from our balcony overlooking the lake. Decor was pretty dated, but that doesn't bother me. On the nights we couldn't bothered to walk into town for dinner we went to the restaurant on-site (not affiliated with the hotel though) it was very nice, but a little pricey compared to the town. Hotel staff friendly, but didn't need much interaction with them. Would recommend to a friend as a base to go out from. Pleased with the value of the apartment.

I was surprised that if I cleaned my room I didnt have to part with 50 euro deposit on check in. Mind you cleaning my room only meant cleaning down shower and kitchen and putting out rubbish. As I had paid in full up front I was surprised by this request!

Die Anlage ist schön und sauber, leider hat das angeschlossene Restaurant einen Ruhetag und somit bekommt man an diesem Tag keine Getränke und auch kein Essen. Ein Getränkeautomat wäre sinnvoll... Die Unterkunft liegt relativ weit vom eigentlichen Geschehen entfernt.

Mini-ferie i Bardolino
Jeg har været på en lille ferie med 2 gamle venner i forbindelse med vinfestivalen i Bardolino. "Arca & Ca' Mure" ligger på et skrånende terræn med fantastiske udsigtspunkter til Gardasøen, anlæget er smukt plejet, lejligheden var ren og pænt vedligeholdt og personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme. Gå afstanden til Bardolino er ca. 2 km, med "gode ben" er der ingen problemer, men med dårlige knæ ville en medbragt el-cykel have været perfekt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in toller Lage. Sehr schön gelegen oberhalb des Sees, jedoch nicht zu weit von Bardolino entfernt. Die Stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Danke 👍

Wohnung ist spärrlich ausgestattet. Es hatte überall Spinnen und Spinnennetze, wir mussten 2 mal reklamieren damit die Wohnung richtig gereinigt wurde. Tisch wackelte, der Lüfter an der Decke fliegt demnächst raus und könnte jemanden schwer verletzen, der Küchentisch wackelt und in der Küche ist neben dem Kühlschrank kein Platz vorhanden um die gekauften Lebensmittel zu versorgen. Alle vorhanden Schränke in der Küche sind bereits voll. Es muss also alles am Boden in Säcken verteilt werden. Auf dem Balkon fehlte ein Sonnenschutz um auch am Abend draussen essen zu können. Preis Leistung würde ich nur 1 Stern geben, hab viel zu viel bezahlt für was ich erhalten habe. Die Klimaanlage läuft dafür einwandfrei und die Better waren bequem. Der Pool und die liegen waren sauber und es hatte immer freie Plätze.

Virkelig fint familiehotel
Virkelig fint hotel, med fint køkken med fin størrelse køleskab, og rigelig plads. Poolen er rigtig fin med rigelig liggestole omkring. Maden i restauranten er rigtig god. Hotellet ligger et lille stykke fra byen, men rigtig fint.

Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit traumhaften Ausblick. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und hatten ein schönes Apartment. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass die Apartments sehr nah aneinander sind. Wenn man auf seiner Terrasse sitzt, lässt die Privatsphäre somit eher zu wünschen übrig, da die Terrassen alle sehr nah aneinander sind und das ohne Sichtschutz.

Traumhaft schöne Wohneinheiten. Immer ein schöner Blick auf den See, personal sehr freundlich, Unterkunft sehr sauber. Super Preis -Leistungsverhältnis. In 20 Minuten zu Fuß in Bardolino und 20 Minuten bis Garda zu laufen.

Wie kann man eine Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern in den 2 Stock schicken? Es war besonders für unseren großen mit den niedrig gelegenen Fenstern sehr gefährlich,woraufhin wir dann alle in einem Zimmer geschlafen haben und Uns das 2 Zimmer absolut nichts gebracht hat

Punti negativi: Soggiornato in un appartamento comfort. Arredamento vecchio, letti scomodi e senza aria condizionata. Servizio pulizia di 50€ da pagare a parte. Vi consiglio di monitorare le temperature durante il vostro soggiorno o potrebbe diventare molto caldo nell appartamento. Spendendo qualcosa in più ci sono appartamenti più moderni. Zona, ristorante vista lago, campi tennis e piscina tutto molto bello!

Super dejligt hotel med flot Pool
Super dejligt hotel med en flot pool der har en storslået udsigt over Gardasøen. Internet kunne godt være bedre og der er dårlig mobil dækning. Der var dog internet i vores lejlighed, som dækkede de fleste af lejlighederne. God service, bemærk dog at man skal checke in inden kl. 19.00 ellers er der lukket i receptionen.

Uforskammet personale ved pool restaurant.
Opholdet startede fint. Meget venlig personale vedr tjek ind. Personale vedr bolig er meget flinke og imødekommende. Men poolrestaurant kører selvstændigt med eget personale, som ikke er knyttet til boligerne. Her er service noget af det mest forfærdelige vi har oplevet. Især en kvinde ca 30 år med mørkt hår. Hun er det mest uforskammede væsen vi nogensinde har mødt. Alene på grund af hende vender vi ikke tilbage. Opholdet startede med behagelige og rolige omgivelser. Som ugen skred frem blev det meget overrendt. Det kulminerede på sidstedagen, hvor poolrestauranten havde valgt at afholde et bryllup, som gjorde at poolområdet blev overfyldt samt at der var absolut 0 service tilbage til resortets gæster. Ihvertfald ikke til os.

Huoneistoista puuttuu suurelta osin ilmastoinnit. Lisäksi majoitustalot ovat kaikki erilaisia ja varatessa ei oikein tiedä, millainen huoneisto tulee. Muuten todella siisti ja kiva paikka. Sijainti hyvä.

Die Toilette innerhalb der Dusche ist eine sehr unpraktische Konstruktion... Ebenso das Faltfenster als Lichtquelle des „2. Zimmers“ und als Abtrennung zum Wohnzimmer. Dennoch sehr, sehr schöne Lage & Terrasse mit Seeblick!!!

Kanonläge men överprisat hotell.
Bokade ett familjerum för två nätter och på bokningen skulle vi få ett rum med uteplats. Fick ett rum på andra våningen utan ens en balkong. Klagade inte på det då vi inte hade det som krav när jag bokade. Ingen AC på rummet utan endast en fläkt i taket i sovalkoven. Vi fick flytta in en del av bäddsoffan in i sovalkoven och trängas där för att få lite svalka i 32+ graders värme och hög luftfuktighet. Utrustningen var lite gammalmodig. Två små spisplattor, liten kyl med frysfack och en diskmaskin?. Personligen hade jag föredragit en mikro istället för en diskmaskin. Toaletten var inne i duschen vilket kändes lite märkligt. Personalen vi pratade med hade dåliga engelskakunskaper och tycktes inte känna till något om hotellet. Kändes som en nyanställd utan utbildning men trevlig i övrigt. Restaurangen var bra. Det som lyfte upp vistelsen var läget och poolen. Utsikten över sjön var fantastisk. Poolen var stor men djup. Ca 1,6 meter djup lämpar den sig inte för mindre barn. Det finns en småbarnspool men den var för de minsta. Vi betalade ca 3500 SEK för två nätter inkl städning och det enda jag kan tänka mig man betalar för är utsikten. Resten är inte värt det. Om vi åker till området igen kommer vi inte att välja detta hotell.

Appartamenti Arca & Ca' Mure
Die Appartements befinden sich in einer wunderschönen Anlage mit Olivenbäumen, Obstbäumen und sehr viel Grünflächen und einer herrlichen Aussicht auf den See. Zur Anlage gehören zudem ein Beachvolley-, ein kleiner Fussball- und mehrere Tennisplätze. Direkt beim Pool ist das Restaurant bei dem man sich verpflegen kann (Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen) Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist eher einfach, aber völlig zweckmässig. (mehr braucht es gar nicht) Ich kann die Anlage, aus meiner Sicht, mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen und werde wieder dorthin gehen.
