We had a great stay in Bardstown for some bourbon tastings and tours and we loved “The Hutch”. Laura and family were wonderful Host and the home has so much history and character. We would stay here again and recommend it highly!
Fantastic location and the host could not have been more accommodating to our needs. A truly special place to stay and celebrate a special occasion. Could not have asked for a better location to stay in Bardstown!
If you are looking in Bardstown look no further! This is hands down one of my favorite properties I have stayed at in all my travels. We came to Bardstown for a mother/daughter trip. The history of the house is amazing! It's been in the same family for 8 generations. Laura the host and 2 of her siblings came by and shared some history and their memories of the house. It is a very special place and so awesome that the family shares their home with others. They are extremely welcoming! The home is close to town and equipped with everything you need and more! The patio was pleasant and peaceful for enjoying the scenery and fresh country air. I can't wait to return again!
The home was a wonderful surprise! Surpassed our expectations. The home was welcoming , beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the cows in the pasture was an added bonus.
The host was very friendly and answered questions on activities venues and restaurants in the local community to help us on our weekend getaway!
Wil definitely come back!
It was clean, comfortable and a great way to spend the evenings after our days on the Bourbon Trail! We had a group of 8 stay at the home. One of the two bathrooms was in the far corner of the home, but we made it work. The host was quick to respond and super helpful when we needed her. Would recommend the experience!
