Special commendation to Mr Taufik , who handled me during my check-in. As my stay is basically a business trip, i would like to thank all staffs for their dedication towards their work. "

"The pool area is quite narrow. To make things worse, smoking was allowed anywhere. It could also be no one was enforcing no smoking at the poolside. I was with my kids and we have to keep moving to different parts of the pool to avoid 2nd hand smokes."

"A very clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. However, the noise from the main road in front of the hotel intrudes into the rooms facing it. Especially the noisy motorcycles. Would definitely stay there again but I will ask for a room facing away from the road."
