"Probably the most uncomfortable hotel I have stayed in . The beds are very short, I’m 5 ft 10in and my feet hung over the bottom, they are also extremely hard with a mattress just resting on a solid board with no springs! It’s also incredibly noisy with very little sound proofing, not from external noise but internally. It’s a shame because the staff were extremely nice. I stayed at an 81 hotel on the way out which was considerably better."

Also itinerary says must have Covid card. Both are no longer required and should be removed from hotel instructions! Otherwise, good customer...
