Bright and cozy one bedroom apartment of 45sqm located on the second floor of a building without lift, perfect to accommodate up to 2 people! Inserted in a completely renovated building and just 350m from Piazza Garibaldi, the apartment is equipped with all the main comforts. The main streets of the city center with pharmacies, pizzerias, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are no more far than 5 minutes walk from the house, as well as garages.
The apartment with a balcony has a living room with a dining area and an open kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a fridge, an oven and a coffee machine. Bedroom with queen bed and wardrobe. Toilet with shower. Further services available to the guests: WIFI, TV, heating, A / C, iron and ironing board.
It is possible to book a parking in the Autosilo San Francesco Bari car park at about 200m from the apartment. If you come by car pleae let us know if you are interested.
