Location is great. The check in process is not easy or straightforward. The check in application is okay for checking in but it included a way to pay the city tax also but the hotel management didn't seem to recognize it so I had to pay the tax twice to get access. The door opening app isn't translated to English well enough.

Great location for the station and a 15-20 minute walk to the old town, but other dining options nearby and the surrounding area was ery safe. The bathroom was excellent, obviously recently refurbished and well fiited-out. The bed was comfortable but the room itself fairly basic, as can be seen from the photos. Be aware, aside from tiny paper espresso cups, there are no glasss or cups or any crockery. There was a lot of noise from a nearby site at 08.00 am, but obviously the hotel can't control that

We had difficulty getting into the room, mostly because we had lost our phone and did not receive instructions that were sent to the phone. The place where we were originally instucted to go had no sign or even a street number outside and we walked right past it and wandered around for some time. We were looking for a hotel, and did not realize that it was an apartment, not what we think of as a hotel. It got late, so we called there emergency number and they assigned us to a different address and gave us instructions to get in to the new place. The instructions were not so clear, so it took us a long time and followup communications to finally get into the room. Once we were in, it was basic, but comfortable for us. There was plenty of room and a large balcony overlooking the street. It was nothing fancy, but it worked for us. The location was great - walking distance to the train station and many Bari attractions. The plumbing made loud gurgling noises all night -coming out of the sink drains. A couple of specific recommendations I would make would be to place something on the slippery shower floor and to add more silverware (there was not a single knife and the forks were bent out of shape).

Very nice, but check-in issues.

Room and service were excellent, but there was a very disconcerting issue with checking in, probably because we were through a 3rd party booking service and not directly with the business. In the end it all worked out and the room was very nice.

Centralt. Saknade vattenkokare, minikyl, en vanlig gratis plastmugg till tandborsten. Stort men obekvämt badrum där toastolen nästan krockade med en vass handfatskant. Snorhalt i duschen (gamla tvålrester eller bara hala golvplattor?) Jättestor bred & bekväm säng. Något otillräckliga mörkläggningsgardiner. Tyst utanför vid 23_tiden. Tryggt område o nära till ”fina gatan”, stationen och Gamla stan.
