Marietta`s House is a modern studio apartment for rent in the center of Bari, ideal for vacations and short stays in the city of St. Nicholas, accommodating up to 3 people.

Marietta`s House is a small apartment featuring a contemporary style and designed to offer practicality and comfort during vacations and short-term stays in the center of Bari.
The studio apartment, with attention to every detail, is furnished with a double bed and a single sofa bed, an open kitchen with an induction cooktop, and a table and chairs.
The large floor-to-ceiling window opens onto a balcony furnished with a small table and chairs, where you can enjoy breakfast or relax at the end of the day. The studio apartment also features a modern bathroom with a shower and a hallway with a laundry area.

Marietta`s House is located in the center of Bari, about 800 meters from the very central Via Sparano—a renowned shopping street— as well as the central train station and numerous shops, restaurants, and bars.
Its location allows you to reach the city’s main attractions on foot with a pleasant stroll.
The house is a great starting point for exploring the wonders of the entire province of Bari, including the seaside towns of Polignano and Monopoli, or the stunning town of Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its unique and one-of-a-kind historic center made up of trulli.
From the central station, you can take trains and buses to all the main destinations in Puglia, as well as direct connections to Bari Airport. 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Before your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
