Il aurait fallu que j ai le code pour ouvrir ma chambre,je ne remercie pas beautiful Italy à qui je devais monter un dossier un heure avant le remise des codes tout ça en italien et anglais laigues que je ne parle pas,apres un réveil à 4 heure du matin,2 avions,et tres peu de charge sur mon téléphone....un sejour que j ai payé a Expedia...je demande donc un remboursement de mon sejour non pris...
