Rosé 14-balcony by the sea

  • Wonderful apartment overlooking the sea. With a 40 sqm veranda facing the sea and the availability of a shared parking. The apartment is a new modern construction, just finished and furnished..with two beautiful and large double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, two large and comfortable bathrooms. Fully furnished and equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, complete linen for each guest and free wi-fi. The kitchen is also equipped. Wonderful sea view with all the services in the area such as restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets and a few minutes drive from the historic center of Bari. Area easily accessible and gives the possibility of easy movements also for tourist visits in the areas near Bari. For our guests and those who want at an additional but advantageous price we offer the rental of the car from us or the transfer service. We look forward to seeing you.
