The rooms are clean, there was plenty of bedding, heating worked great so we weren’t cold and we loved the stackable washer/dryer. Easy walking to fun restaurants and super fun vibe in the area. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely recommend!"

"This flat is close to the Piccadilly train station, but just far enough that we needed a taxi due to the amount of luggage we had. The flat was great and gave us plenty of space. Steph was very responsive and helpful with my questions. The location is good and you can catch an Uber pretty quickly to get around town. Overall we had a great stay."

"A great little house in a fantastic location. Close to shops and just around the corner from the tram stops if you're looking to get places without a car. We stayed during the winter and it was warm, cosy and comfortable. The street is quiet and the neighbours lovely. The property manager, Kitan, was easy to reach and very helpful. "My family stayed here 12/24-12/27 for a Boxing Day City Football match! Excellent location to Etihad stadium. Lace was clean, spacious and as described except for has 2 kind and one twin. We felt safe and secure but did seem to be in a slight dodgy part of town. Easy check in and out process. Would stay again or recommend to others visiting for a match "

Great hotel with an amazing gym

"This was a really nice hotel! The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean. The highlight for us was the gym. It was much better equipped than most hotel gyms. It had weights (dumbbells and barbells), machines, treadmills, rowing machines, and even a sled. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!"
