"What a wonderful experience!! We stayed at the Barge Inn for a sisters trip and it did not disappoint. The house is spotless, the beds are cozy, and the deck and the views are to die for!! We spent most of our days at the Barge Inn on the deck talking, catching up and soaking up the view. When we arrive 2 eagles flew by at eye level as if to greet us! We so enjoyed them during our stay. When we weren't enjoying the view we went to the beach which was a quick trip by the golf cart that was available. The shore is very rocky(large rocks) so water shoes are important. But, the water was warm and relaxing. Bring a little float and enjoy the barges and boats going by. We also went kayaking in the available kayaks and really enjoyed that as well. The Barge Inn is a little ways away from restaurants and shops, but plan accordingly and enjoy a day trip out or two if you feel the need to get out and about. But, for those that just want to catch up, have some family time, reconnect, the Barge Inn is perfect. LOVED it!!!"

"This place is absolutely stunning . The owner is the sweetest and very prompt with any questions . The house is loaded with any and everything you would need for a stay . Highly recommend would definitely stay again and again ."

"The place fit us all nicely, but could have used more space for eating or playing games! One more table would have been perfect. The bunk beds & most of the bigger beds were super squeaky or noisy. The lake was low sadly so we didn’t get to swim… which was a big part of why we chose this house. So not their fault just a bummer it’s been so dry. Overall we were very happy with our stay."

"We had a fantastic weekend! This was the cleanest cabin and hot tub I’ve ever seen. Tom was quick to respond and took excellent care of us throughout our stay. We had the best time and would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"
