"Hotel rooms and reception area were very bright. All areas of the hotel have been recently refurbished and are well maintained. The double bed in the hotel room was pleasingly large and comfortable. All staff were very helpful and bedrooms were cleaned daily. There were almost daily aqua aerobic and aqua gym classes which were very enjoyable and led by energetic and enthusiastic staff who made the sessions fun. There were plenty of loungers and umbrellas around the pools , which were spotlessly clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very good with food of high quality, although the selections of food for the daily themed dinner buffets could have been more differentiated with more variety. Although the setting of the hotel, overlooking the beach provided great views the hotel was about 20 minutes by taxi (about 15 Euros ) from Albufeira and there is no public transport available."

"The check-in was a little confusing. The front desk attendant though nice, he was extremely verbose and we were tired from driving all day and just wanted our key to the room and know where to park. He kept asking us about our boat plans for our stay and long stories about things that just made our check-in more confusing… like how to get to our room was a ten minute story and ended up not being the right directions in the end. Any-who… I’d give the room a “C-”. The ac made rattle noises and the bathroom vent rattled loudly too and didn’t do much of anything probably because it was really dirty. The sink had a super slow drain so it would fill up when we washed our hands or face or teeth. The lighting was dim and the bed was hard. The game room was a joke… one flat ping-pong ball and broken paddles. You had to pay to play pool. Oh! The front desk attendant said there was a Turkish bath. There is no Turkish bath. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good and the service at breakfast from the people keeping the food fresh to the people taking our dirty plates were super. The lobby area is cute. There were always nata’s and fresh fruit water at the reception. The pool are is very relaxing."

"The location was lovely with a beachfront and the staff were very friendly and accommodating super clean too. The hotel is a little outdated and does need renovations, the beds weren’t comfortable and there aren’t many amenities in the rooms. We also spotted some ants in the room. Haven’t tried the breakfast so won’t be commenting on it."

"There were 4 of us staying in the room. There was plenty of room for all of us. We really enjoyed the view from our balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfy. We would most definitely stay again in the future!!"
